Can I just say WOW? This team is AMAZING! So professional, so polite, and they know what they're doing! They saved me from spending time and money on a problem I thought I could fix myself. They came in, took a long hard look, and explained to me in basic terms what my issue was. 10/10, highly recommend this team!

I wish I could give NO stars. This company is TERRIBLE!! I had booked an appointment a week ahead of time to install a couple items. They gave me a time frame of 4 hours on a set date. Nobody showed up. I called and they sent another guy out that afternoon. This guy actually had the nerve to tell me he couldn't do the job because he can't lift anything because he was hurt, then left!!!!!! Nightmare of a company!!!

These guys are flakes. I called them to do a small repair on an outdoor faucet. We agreed upon a time window for the following day. That time window comes and goes. I call them up and he says he never got my address. I ask why he didn't just call me and get it, or text since we had been texting back and forth. His reply ""errr, I lost your number because I was texting other clients."" Okay.....we set up another window for the next day. I wait around and the window once again passes. I call owner up. Oh my guy just quit on me. Okay...why don't you come and do the job? his response is "" you should probably just call another company"" wow dude.
