Emerson was recommended to us by our real estate agent when we mentioned wanting to add a gas line in the garage for a gas dryer. We ended up adding other projects to our list (e.g. installed new dryer vent, added piping for washer and utility sink) and Emerson certainly did not disappoint.

On the day of the project, Miguel arrived first and got to work right away. Emerson then arrived shortly thereafter. Their quality of work was impeccable and we couldn't even tell they did all that work because they cleaned up well after themselves.

What can I say about these guys? They are fantastic!
3 years ago when we bought our home on Camby rd in Antioch it became very clear very quickly the previous owner wasn't forthcoming about our main sewer line problems. Our toilets and showers were constantly backing up so bad to the point that I was having to have the sewer line rootered every 2 to 3 months. And now for the last few months it has been on a monthly basis. I had gone with a couple other plumbers in the past depending upon who would answer the phone at the time. I would pay $200 to $300 each time to have a plumber come out and snake my sewer.
A few weeks ago I was not able to get a call back from any of the other plumbers so I kept searching the phonebook until I found Delta plumbing and rooter. Emerson answered the phone immediately and told me he could be here within two hours. He showed up on time and for a very reasonable price much less than the other plumbers charged me in the past he cleaned out my sewer line for me.
A few weeks later when it plugged up again one Saturday I called him immediately, he showed up the same day, with a camera and ran it through my sewer. He showed me all of the roots that had filled my sewer line from the house out to the street, And explained to me with no pressure at all what needed to be done to fix it. We agreed on the price, he cleaned out my line again for me at no charge. And told me he will start work on Monday.

So here it is the week of Thanksgiving, he shows up on Monday with the permits, by the time I got home from work that day they had the new pipe pulled in and connected with the clean outs on both ends.
This morning the city inspector came and gave them the OK to fill the holes. My wife called me a couple of hours ago told me they were all done and that you could hardly tell they were ever here, I came home inspected the work and I completely agree with my wife these guys did an excellent job.
If I ever need a plumber for any other reason I will not hesitate to call them again.

I have used Delta Plumbing and Rooter for several projects over the years and their service has always been excellent. Unfortunately my experience with them this time was not good. I called to have a old hose bib replaced. Emerson came to my house and reviewed the job. A few days later Miguel arrived and replaced the hose bib. All was well so far. Later that day I noticed that the hose bib was leaking from the threads. I called Emerson and left a message explaining what I was seeing. No response. Later that evening I sent him a text message, still no response. I don't know what happened or why my messages are going unanswered. Now I have to find another plumber to come out and fix the leak. I've was a loyal customer for years, I'm very disappointed.

I've been having plumbing issues since November and decided to go a step further and spend the money on a camera to see what was going on. I had called and left messages with 3 other plumbers and never got a call back. I live in Oakley and have a septic tank. Emerson called me back right away and gave me a quote over the phone. He showed up on time tried to get me line cleared. When it wouldn't clear after snaking and hydro jetting he found and dug several feet to find my septic tank and discovered that was my problem. He didn't have to dig but was determined to find out what was causing my back up and he did. He then worked on a shower that wasn't working and got that working. Very good communication and honest. I will call them again for problems in the future and would highly recommend them to friends.
