My experience was not good with delta mechanical. From start to finish the price kept going up until I put my foot down. The price went from $800, to $1100 after I was called back after setting everything up, and was told the part was told to me wrong. I understand mistakes happen and that company's have to mark parts up, but over $200 for an $80 part. I accept a mistake was made and keep my appointment, knowing it is $1,100. The plumber gets here and starts saying """"they didn't tell me this and that didn't tell me that"""" then says """"it's ok I'm going to take care of you"""" I ask the price I will be paying $1,300....that's right $1,300 for a rheem 80 gallon hybrid, $200 pasco county permit, and an expansion tank. He made a call and it dropped back to $1,100. They did the job took an hour to pay with their system. This company states it is competitive with estimates. Which I find it not to be! Home Depot should take their phone number for install off of their products. This company is not competitive, and they make the install process hard. Im giving 2 stars because the water heater is installed, and is working. I do not recommend them on customer service, and pricing. The work was not bad as of today. Update: I am taking the star and the part about it not being bad work away. The water heater was leaking, and it took 3 days to fix.

There is no zero stars.... So here we are. So it's been nearly three weeks I've had three toilets sitting in my house. These guys have cancelled three times, last minute. Poor Judy who has been the receptionist for schlepping around dolling out the bad news deserves better, she seems sweet.... You should work for a company that values its customers, I can't imagine how they treat their employees? This was a service I already paid for with Home Depot. I understood the first couple of times but this just doesn't seem right? I actually was super miffed when they cancelled again and they said they couldn't do it until NEXT week. It was at that point I told them to not bother with the service. Then because of their super high integrity, they tell Home Depot, I cancelled. . . . . Right. So, now I am a liar. Way to make fans

Had a scheduled appointment today, 12/2/24 between 8-11 am. Email received verifying time. 11:15 am I called customer service and was told the Technician was running late and will be their by 1:00 pm. I called customer service once again and they stated once again the Technician is running late but could not tell me what time they will be at my home. DO NOT use this company. They are not trust worthy and their word mean nothing. Its 5:30 pm and they still have not showed up. Go somewhere else and obtain plumbing service. Oh I forgot to mention this would have been their 2nd time coming to repair an leak under my sink. Save your money and go elsewhere.

quoted one price on the phone - installer showed up and clearly did not want to do the job. All of a sudden the price was $500 higher. Was never followed up on by the company - no apology, no communication - dead silence, will find any social media site I can and repeat the information. Also Home Depot - who used Delta as a subcontractor never said a word. Not a good way to do business.
