We bought some kitchen items from Home Depot and asked them to provide installation. They contracted Delta Mechanical as said we'd be called the next day. After day 3 we called them (WED) and they said they couldn't come out until the following Monday. Trinity assigned me a 8-10 window and said we'd be the first job. at 945 Monday, I called and asked for a status. The lady that answered rudely stated that my window was 10-12, even though I had confirmation emails showing 8-10. At 1205, they still hadn't showed so I called again and was told to call back in a 1/2 hour. About 10 minutes later, Trinity called to tell me that they wouldn't be able to come that day and to select a different day. I chose to cancel their service at that time and called Pure Plumbing,... They were at my house within 2 hours to give an estimate and then showed up at 800am the next morning as promised and did a wonderful job. DON'T CALL DELTA MECHANICAL!!! THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.

I purchased a new toilet from Home Depot. They contact out to Delta Mechanical for the install for a cost. The toilet was $224., the install with removal of the old toilet was $313. I was reluctant to pay such an amount. I'm a Disabled Veteran & I accepted the charge.

A week later he comes, looks in the bathroom & informs me I owe him $50 more over the $313 because the valve looks old. I contacted the company, argued my point & their response was... we don't have to install it. Really? How do I get my $313 + $50 back?

I'm so disgusted with this service. I should've done my research and looked for a reasonable installer on my own! Please do your homework and refuse this service through Home Depot at a jacked up rate!

I must add the Installer explained to me that there are extra charges that can apply that Home Depot do not disclose for instance, if the bathroom is upstairs etc. I apologized to him but I'm still angry as hell. It's not his fault that these companies continue to gouge anyone they can.

These guys are THE BEST! We checked Home Depot, found the 75 Gallon Rheem water heater we wanted and requested an install and within 5 minutes we received a call from Brian who was awesome to talk to and scheduled our new water heater install for the next day (which is today that I'm writing this) , the technician was named Velizar and he was incredible with his install skills and expedience. I have no idea why the other reviewers leave such awful reviews as they are completely wrong. One thing for the previous reviewers who left bad reviews, perhaps look into the costs of purchasing and having a water heater installed. It's not an inexpensive project so don't expect a professional amazing company to do a cheapo job. They were still the best price and fastest install! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I purchased a toilet from Home Depot and had Delta Mechanical install it. Antonio Stantchev came on time and was outstanding . He even pointed out a mistake that was made in the original construction of the house which explained the problems we were experiencing. It was a great experience. It was well worth the money.

Antonio was who came to fix my water heater. Our water heater started leaking and they came same day to fix it. Was told someone would arrive between 12-4pm and he called and arrived right at 12. Was super friendly in answering all questions I had, was clean and efficient. Our heater is located in a weird spot where it's hard to get to and he handled it with no problems. Would definitely recommend 10/10 service and within a good price as well.

Your company keeps calling me. Yesterday, I got a quote of 2000 dollars and the representative/sales was not nice. He had this tone like he knew he was quoting me a price that I cannot afford. Like why am I even calling him tone.

This morning I got another call. Told that person that Home Depot sells water heater for 800 on the high end and you're quoting me 2k. Your company is charging over 1k for installation???? Does not make sense to me. That representative would not let me talk and practically hung up the phone on me. All I was trying to do was understand how the company is quoting me 2k when water heater itself is about $800 .

Emailing me this the company as well, because I prefer no phone calls. Your company representatives keep calling but you don't let the customer speak. That's rude and not customer friendly.

After the job was finished customer care hangs up on you or leaves you on hold so they do not have to answer any questions. Small parts are upto 3 times the normal retail price. Original price was not so bad until they added on all the extras at these ridiculous prices. Read more reviews too you can see other customers disasters.

Horrible company, un professional. Don't call back and don't show up on Time. Dodge calls and hang up on customers.

Made two hour window appointment for plumbing disconnect for next day countertop installation - finally showed up three hours after window closed - on reconnect already moved time from 10 to noon to noon to 2 its now 10 minutes to 2 and no show no call and no answer on Company phone line.

In a nutshell, they don't honor warranties nor will try to work with you.
Had work done that was still under warranty but they said they didn't have to honor the warranty because they filed bankruptcy in another state.
You would think that as a ""reputable, honest company"" they would still assume responsibility or assist in some type of way.
They made their money, filled bankruptcy, are still in business but leave you hanging.
