Frank S.These are the people Home Depot farms out their plumbing to. In my case a water heater. The ad states call by 11 am and you will have same day service Monday thru Friday. This is a lie, false advertising. I called 10:30 am . They talked me into a $1700+ water heater. Gave me a 2-6 pm window. Sat around and never heard from them. No customer service call, nothing. Next morning I get a message stating they were very busy and had no time to call. Everyone went home. I did try calling the night before around 5:45 but the phone just rang. So I call the person back that let the morning message Donna. I said I'm the guy you just called and left a message. She says hold on and transfers me to the managers voice mail. I thought they were calling to apologize and make a new appointment. Now I have voicemail. So forget it. These idiots can't get a anything correct up to this point. I wasn't going to see what their technicians will be like. I bought my own water heater, installed it in an hour and saved myself a grand. Same unit. It was an easy project. Don't waste your time with these people with their poor service.
This place is a joke and should close their doors. On 1/19/2020 I purchased a GE water softener from Home Depot. As usually Home Depot puts the order together and they send it over to the contractor, in this case Delta. I speak to them on 1/23/2020 and arrange for the install today, January 31 with a 4 hour window of 12-4pm. I leave work early and wait and wait and wait at 4:05 i call their customer service department and I am told that this install was cancelled?? By who? The girl tells me Mark Price (their employee) has it noted that per Home Depot install cancelled?? Ok that makes no sense if they don't schedule the install why would they cancel?? I request to speak to Mark Price, I am told he is gone for the weekend??I remind the lady how convenient that it happens to be super bowl weekend, she goes, oh yeah I forgot about that . Then she tells me my installer was hurt and was off until Monday 2/3?? Hmmm again how convenient he too is off for the super bowl?? So I feel that Mark Price has no integrity and lies and makes up the story about HD canceling my install when all he had to do, the correct and professional way to do it, was call me as the customer and tell me the installer was hurt and we could have rescheduled but no let's lie, sneak and make up a story. Home Depot took care of the refund for the install and I will have someone else install it. The only thing that should be cancelled is their business license and Mark Price's job.
Staci W.Had a great experience with installation of our new water heater. Looks great, works great, with great prices. Very friendly and knowledgeable installer.
They installed my water softener that I bought from Home Depot (Home Depot set up the install). They arrived on time and did good work. Unfortunately about a week later there was a leak coming from one of the pipes feeding into the water softener. I called Delta Mechanical and someone came out same day and fixed the problem. Again arrived on time and did good work. The men that came were always professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and even hauled my water softener box away for me. Very happy with them.
I called to get an estimate, and was just blown away. When I phoned in for an estimate, I was asked when I wanted a unit installed.I explained that the Water Heater was already goon, and drained. They had someone at my home within three hours with a new ater heater. They installed it, and also asked me if he shoul put Pooties on to cover his shoes. My Garage Floor is filthy. I laughed and told him no. He disconnected the old one, removed it, and had the new one in really quick. I watched him as he put it in, and he did everything right. He also explained some things to me regarding care and maintenence of the new unit. He was quick to take theo old one with him... Thank God! Villy was my installer, and He was absoltely amazing. When he left, he looked as clean as when he arrived. He cleaned up everything prior to leaving, and made sure to ask f that was all I needed. He said I could call the company and add anything while he was still there. Everything was great. I managed to get a Top of the line unit with a Power Vent, Installation, Same Day.... cheaper than anywhere else with a greaat Warranty. I would definitely use Delta Mechanical again. I am c=going to shedule some more work from them very soon. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. I would also like to give a Shout Out to Villy. He was the installer. So Professional, cutomer service oriented, clean and neat, represented his company well, and I only wish I could have found employees of this calibur when I had my business. Villy was AWSOME!!! Thank you to him as well! I will see you all very soon!!!!
Melina O.Work was completed and new water heater is working great. Chelsea was very helpful when I asked for all the documents I needed for my insurance claim.
I arranged to have my 75 gal. hot water heater installed through Home Depot. They use Delta Mechanical and I was very pleased with their work. There was a problem draining my old water heater since the spigot was clogged. They quickly found an easy way to drain the old tank. They were very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. The water heater worked right away and I have not had any problems since. Some reviewers have said they charge too much but after I comparison shopped, they were within 10% of other plumbers in the area. I am sure that part of the price difference was for the backing of Home Depot should something go wrong. If something goes wrong I only need to call Home Depot and not hassle with a plumbing company.
Phil F.My hot water heater failed on Sunday afternoon and I was able to get an appointment for replacement first thing Monday morning. The installer was courteous and efficient.
A problem arose when it took a long time to get hot water at the faucets. They were there early the next day and discovered an old valve that had failed in the closed position. The valve was replaced with a new one and there was no charge.
I couldn't have asked for better service.
Man. I have to give them a star??? Can't there be a zero stars rating? Worst service ever. BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS CONTRACTED NATIONWIDE FOR ALL HOME DEOPT PLUMBING INSTALLS!!!! This was a water heater and recirculating pump install fail. Showed up with wrong pump. He convinced me it was a better pump at same price. My mistake was saying, ""Go ahead."" Thing didn't work at all. Should have instant hot water, but it took about a minute to get the hot water. Now mind you, they took away my old pump which was still working good, but old and I figured that while installing a new water heater I'd get the pump replaced before it failed. They returned a week later and said pump was functioning fine so they looked at their install and made some adjustments. Ah HA! Now it worked...incorrectly. Now when I turned on the cold water, I had warm water and had to wait for it to cool off. Freaking retards. I said, just come take it out and give me a refund. At least they removed it correctly (even though they left with the pump and never gave my wife any paperwork to confirm they took possession of their property from us), but they couldn't even get the refund done right. Apparently their billing/refund skills are on par with their plumbing skills. They couldn't figure out how to do the refund for 3 weeks. In retrospect, it's rather funny that after the original install, the plumber (Nikolay Tzolov is his name BTW) had the audacity to claim that the previous recirculating pump install was the worst he's ever seen. LOLOLOL The old install worked great for 10 years. His didn't work ever. The company never returned phone calls. Never sent emails as promised numerous times. Were rude on the phone. You know those times when you'd like to reach through the phone and strangle someone? That will be every phone call with these idiots. So in the end, I'm out hours of my time (honestly--probably over 5 hours or more over a month of fighting with them) and I now have no recirculating pump at all. But on the upside I've gained so much aggravation. Someone at Home Depot needs to be fired for contracting this b-rate excuse-for-a-plumbing-company to do their work.
William K.I recently bought a Hot Water heater at the local Home Depot. I got a bid from Delta of $1,500 to install a 75 gallon gas unit. Called around and then another company came out and did the job for $690! As the other reviewers share, Delta defines a Las Vegas valley ripoff artist...
