Recommended Customer Reviews

Installation went smooth, but dealing with the office personnel is a nightmare. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Their office people have no idea of how to mail an inspection document even after I have requested it 3 times. Don't waste your time with this company. I hope Home Depot reads these reviews because I will not use Home Depot or this Delta Mechanical outfit for anything in the future. Would not recommend this outfit to a friend. Would rate them NEGATIVE ONE stars if this would allow me to.

I had a tankless hot water heater installed February 2024. I am not getting hot water in one of my showers. Called the company they scheduled an appointment. The day before a technician called to troubleshoot over the phone. He told me I lived to far away to send a technician to my home. Nothing was fixed and when I contacted the company I was informed that it was the mixer and I had to pay over $200 for a service all plus whatever else needed to be fixed. I was unable to determine if it was the mixer. I would NOT recommend this company for anything. Terrible customer service and have had nothing but problems including when I was getting heater installed initially.

I never received an estimate. I was never told about the real costs, nor was I asked to sign my name to anything, until the job was complete. The H.D. sales rep said it would cost me $1000-$1100. The bill came to $1698 ($800 for labor alone - 1.75 hours). They charged me $489 for the heater which was on sale for $429. If I had known I'd pay through the teeth for the drip pan, ball valve and expansion tank, I would have bought them myself at the store.

I had one of there plumbers in last Thursday to replace my garbage disposal. He was friendly and professional, did a great job in 30 minutes. I'm calling them today to have someone come and fix a leaking toilet. I'm 75 and can't do these things anymore.

Ghandi is rude, demeaning and disrespectful. He will not answer questions and insults you, saying """"You chose an abnormal product."""" But he won't give his reasons nor recommendations. We let Home Depot know he was telling customers that Home Depot sells abnormal appliances. He was so rude, that we would not allow Delta Mechanical to enter our peaceful home with that attitude. Reading through the other reviews, I can see that at least Delta Mech is consistent (bad).

Great and fast service! I can highly recommend them! They were able to replace my water heater within one day of my call and the actual replacement only took him one hour! Everything looks and works great!

I got over charged. my fault shop around. you will save $500 plumber did a decent job but didn't clean up afterwards. left me with a messy bathtub and bathroom floor needed to be mopped

Purchased water conditioner at HD and contracted with Delta for the installation. Technician came as per the schedule, quickly installed unit and was on his way. No issues with install and competitive price. Will be using them again!

Bryan was very courteous and knowledgeable. great job! Delta Mechanical got it done early and quickly.

Bought a water heater at a home Depot around 10:30 am and scheduled install. Was told technician would arrive between 2 and 6pm. I got a call from tech and he said he could come about noon if that worked for me. I said that was good for me. He arrived and got right to work. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions kknowledgeaby. Work was complete by 2pm. The only complaint I have was the price. $1800 to install a $500 water heater and expansion tank (included). $1300 for 2 hours labor is ridiculous. Guess I am in the wrong profession.
