Ghandi is rude, demeaning and disrespectful. He will not answer questions and insults you, saying """"You chose an abnormal product."""" But he won't give his reasons nor recommendations. We let Home Depot know he was telling customers that Home Depot sells abnormal appliances. He was so rude, that we would not allow Delta Mechanical to enter our peaceful home with that attitude. Reading through the other reviews, I can see that at least Delta Mech is consistent (bad).

Great and fast service! I can highly recommend them! They were able to replace my water heater within one day of my call and the actual replacement only took him one hour! Everything looks and works great!

I got over charged. my fault shop around. you will save $500 plumber did a decent job but didn't clean up afterwards. left me with a messy bathtub and bathroom floor needed to be mopped

Purchased water conditioner at HD and contracted with Delta for the installation. Technician came as per the schedule, quickly installed unit and was on his way. No issues with install and competitive price. Will be using them again!

Bryan was very courteous and knowledgeable. great job! Delta Mechanical got it done early and quickly.

Bought a water heater at a home Depot around 10:30 am and scheduled install. Was told technician would arrive between 2 and 6pm. I got a call from tech and he said he could come about noon if that worked for me. I said that was good for me. He arrived and got right to work. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions kknowledgeaby. Work was complete by 2pm. The only complaint I have was the price. $1800 to install a $500 water heater and expansion tank (included). $1300 for 2 hours labor is ridiculous. Guess I am in the wrong profession.

Great service hired through Hone Depot on a remodel and did great. Professional and on time and clean work. I recommend them.

Never got to first base with this company as they are outrageously priced. I am shocked Home Depot built a relationship with him. They wanted nearly $800 for a simple electric heater replacement in my garage which was a no-brainer less than 1 hour job. Beware!

I had a gas water heater installed by Delta. They had to come back out the next day because of a gas leak since they failed to changed out the gas supply line the first time. Next they had to come out because the temperature they set the heater at was so hot it was causing water to leak out of the pressure relief valve. After having Delta come out for the 3rd time I had the county come out for the final inspection. Of course with the track record they already had going with this install it failed the inspection because they used mismatching parts. I scheduled them for a 4th time to come out and fix what I was hoping to be the last issue. The plumber they had scheduled me for that 4th visit called out that day and the next available time they would schedule me for was a week later. They offer same day services for new installs because that makes them money, if you have already paid for a new water heater install you are then placed at the bottom of the list for service because they lose money each additional service call they come out for. At the end of the day I went to the store and bought the new parts and completed the corrections myself so that it would pass the re-inspection. Delta offers reasonable pricing on their installs because you get the level of service that you pay for. Go ahead and spend the extra money to get a plumber who will install a water heater correctly the first time.

This company was chosen for me by Rheem to install a high efficiency water heater as part of a test program. My first interaction was when some guy just showed up at my home unannounced asking where the water heater that wasn't delivered to me and being very aggressive about who was paying for his visit! What the cluck? So, I reach out through the test program and am told they don't know WTF they are doing and to wait for a callback. It was Delta Mechanical that should have the water heater and should be delivering it when they come to install. Also, I was never to make any payment as Rheem was covering all costs. About a week later Delta Mechanical finally got some leadership on the job who were able to finally tell their as*es from their elbows and actually contacted me with the novel idea to schedule a visit once they had the hot water heater. So, the hot water heater gets installed. The tech forgot to leave any paperwork and apparently also forgot to install a SERIAL NUMBER TAG? At least according to Rheem, these are installed and not placed at the factory. Shocking really, but now I have no hot water and I can't even initiate warranty because my water heater both left the factory without a serial number and also was installed without a serial number. Today I reached back out to Delta Mechanical who was very quickly able to locate my installation record in their system. I was placed on hold for just under 30 minutes and when the representative returned they acknowledge that they don't have the serial number in their system either, """"but it's probably archived"""". Great! How in the itchy double hockey sticks am I supposed to get moving towards having hot water when I've trusted companies like Delta Mechanical for my installation? I would absolutely not recommend this business. The sheer fact that they install for Home Depot should tell you all that you need to know, unfortunately I didn't have a choice.
