I had to replace my water heater. The pilot light kept going out and I didn't want to keep spending money on repairs so I called Home Depot and they have contractors that come out. He wasn't able to come the first day I requested which I was upset about, but I understand he had a lot of jobs and he works by himself so I can understand that, so he did show up the next morning as promised and he diligently took out the old one and installed a new one and there's a lot of parts that go into that but I'm very happy to have hot water again and to be able to take a hot shower. I highly recommend him great guy.

We had a water heater fail and purchased a new heater from Home Depot, with installation done by Delta Mechanical. They were great! Boyko, our technician from Delta was professional and efficient. Also, he did the whole thing as a one man job! Those heaters are heavy...
I would definitely use them again. Great service from them all along the way.
The dispatcher we had, Ghandi, was also top notch.

The work performed by the Craftmen was Very Good. The poor ranking is due to their lack of follow-through with projected scheduling. My toilet was suppose to be disconnected for 3 days (to allow for flooring project) but the actual time extended to 5 days. That was a considerable inconvenience.

Our water heater went out the day before we were leaving out of town, causing a small frenzy with unwanted nerves and panic. Delta Mechanical was able to secure a similar model, deliver, install and provide valuable insight within the same day!!!! Our assigned tech (Luis) was professional, courteous and a master of his trade. He went above & beyond and guided me through the warranties provided by major manufacturers AND reminded me of Home Depot's superior return policy!!! Despite the unforeseen expenses, Delta Mechanical & especially Luis - made this experience painless!!!! Thank you!!!!

Our hot water heater was old and needed to be replaced, as did many of the shut-off valves on the property. Drew was honest, fair on pricing and fast. We will definitely be using Delta again.

Cristhian did a great job replacing our toilet and hauling off the old one. He phoned and actually showed up early - which worked out great for us. He was very efficient and cleaned up entirely before he left. We are very happy with his performance.

Nate showed up and replaced my 50 gallon gas water heater. He did a clean job on the installation and got the job done within two hours. The communication with Delta Mechanical was good from start to finish. I would recommend this service for a water heater changeout based upon response time and price.

Needed a water heater same day and I left a few voicemails. It went against my better judgement to use the company contracted by Home Depot, but I was desperate. The guy showed up in the time frame provided and it took a couple hours. Everything seemed fine until I went out to the garage the next morning and smelled gas. We checked the connections with soapy water and it was leaking from where the hose connects to the new tank. So sloppy. I called and told them what happened and they sent the guy back out. He showed up early, right in the middle of a birthday party, so I let him in and asked him to come get me in the yard when he was done. Instead of telling me the work was complete, he waved at one of my guests and said ""all done!"" and took off. So we have hot water and the garage doesn't currently smell like gas, but not a great experience. Would not recommend.

I made this purchase based largely on the professionalism of the gent that came to make the estimate. I had a LOT of questions about the equipment, and the install choices, and he was very patient, and very knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions. I was concerned that the price was a bit high, but, on further checking, I found that it was not. The team that came to make the install was like watching a macho ballet. Positive attitudes, listening to each other's comments and suggestions, polite to me and my wife, considerate of our house, cleanly, and projecting all along the professionalism and proficiency that comes from lots of experience. Glad I made the choice to work with this team.
