Delta Mechanical Replaced my gas water heater. Arrived on time, called ahead, Explained everything - Was professional and completed job exactly on time as stated. Charged only for what was needed. Job was a few hundred dollars less than the competition. (I checked). Could not have been a better experience.

I wasn't present for the installation but got a call from someone home when our water heater was installed to rave about the service. Paul was very friendly and answered all questions. Our water heater was cleanly installed. We contacted Home Depot and got a call from Delta the next business day. They are Arizona based. The person I was in touch with was very pleasant. Outperformed local competitors.

No problem with the tech. But when I called for a quote. He gave me an exact price. When the guy came to install I got up charged 189 bucks for a small plastic piece. Crazy I could of went with another company for less. Before posting a review I got an email asking please reach out to the office if not satisfied. Well I did. The lady that answered said "" oh just leave a review"" obviously not caring if I was satisfied or not.

Just had our gas water heater installed today. The tank that I bought from The Home Depot box was dented, thinking it didn't affect the water tank inside. Delta Mechanical installer unboxed it and found the tank shell/cover was dented too. Instead of bringing it back to the store, was advised to take pics of it and get a price adjustment. The installer checked the tank and tried to fix the dented cover(shell of the tank). They installed the water heater much better than the previous one. The protecting wrapped (looks like a belt) was placed nicely around the tank and secured at the wall behind, unlike the previous one that was just pinned on the wall (left and right) which is visible. They even placed an aluminum drain pan under the tank. They are courteous, calling me when will they arrive, aside from the schedule that was e-mailed to me as a reminder. They cleaned up after the installation.
I give 5 Stars for the installers father and son, Jorge Ochoa Herrera (Senior and Junior). Thanks to them.
The cons was the price that we paid but there's a saying, ""You've got what you've paid for"".
I'm happy because we got our hot water!!

I was surprised that Delta Manchanical gave me such a great quote. I made an appointment with them to replace my water heater immediately with no hesitation. The serviceman was really professional and friendly. I really appreciate a reliable company with great service and great price!

Chris did a great job installing our new toilet. From pre-delivery notifications, to removal and installation to cleaning up, he was polite, professional and efficient. Could not have been better.

Service Technician Colton Hicks was very professional and informative on water heater installation from Home Depot. Was courteous on letting me know when he was on his way to my home. Did the job in a very reasonable time and answered all questions knowledgeably. Even saved about $50 off the job by reusing the earthquake straps. I would highly recommend this company for any of your water heater or other plumbing related installs.
