Jesus came to our home to replace a propane water tank that was badly leaking. It was quite a mess! He was very professional and polite and made every effort to make the experience easy for us. Of all the people I have had come for repairs, he is by far, the best! He really deserves a raise! Jesus did a beautiful, and very professional job and was a real pleasure to work with. Used Delta mechanical to remove my water heater and install a new gas tank heater. They called immediately on Easter Sunday to discuss my options and gave me a few different quotes, which were better than most others. They also had the best warranty by far. Fernando showed up for the job and was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He got everything installed and cleaned up in a few hours. We purchased four toilets and Delta mechanical was assigned to do our install. We were called within a day of purchasing the toilets and they were installed the next day by Fernando, who did all four by himself in a record amount of time. He took great care in each space, informing us along the way. We have a three-story condo, so it was a heck of a lot of work for one person, he did an amazing job. The water heater rusted through, as they all do here eventually. It happened around midnight and luckily my son was still awake and went into the garage & stepped into a pool of water. The Delta plumber did an excellent job and was very fast. He explained how to use the new water heater and the dangers. They were also the best price for a reputable company. They were here the next day and saved me a lot of headache.

Water heater repair (50 gal gas tank) coordinated through Home Depot, which contracted with Delta Mechanical for the install service. From beginning to end, the process was smooth. Delta Mechanical communicated well throughout the process. Fernando, the technician/installer, was on time, as per the service hour window. He was very professional! They arrived at designated time. Installed a water heater (water heater $1680 installation $1764.00) ran the water line... not where it previously ran, out of the way, but very close to the washing machine....which would have been hit whenever doing laundry. When I inquired about the placement the tech said ""I only have to please the inspector"" .
They insisted on installing a pressure regulator valve (hasn't had one for 40 years that I've had the property and water company says nowhere in the entire city of IB is the water pressure above 87 lbs...that was $380 additional. The shark bite fittings they installed leaked immediately and water ran down the street (in a drought) for a week..they said they couldn't get the water shut off at the street...the water company replaced the shutoff and they came and tried to fix the leak, unsuccessfully... until the Senior Tech arrived and saved the day....he rerouted the offensive supply line to the water heater and assisted the original tech in fixing the leak. Only the Sr. Tech made this while painful process acceptable.
The water company estimates bill to be 3.5x normal.

Our 16 year old GE water heater finally succumbed to its death and needed a replacement asap. I got it at Home Depot so why not and do it again. Online at homedepot.com I filled in the questionnaire for water heater installation quote. Just after I hit finish, immediately Delta called to assist me and and lucky enough they have an opening the following day. Our technician Cristhian was beyond expectation. He was knowledgeable and did an excellent job on the install and nice enough to do an add-on job to replace our 49 year old OG water valve with 3/4 ball valve. Thank you Cristhian!! Our family are now showered and happy :)

Everything went excellently. It was just done today- so of course something could still happen - but they were here on time, they worked very efficiently, they noted a few things I was quoted on that I didn't need and removed from final invoice, and explained everything they were doing and accurately estimated the time it would take. I would recommend to others. Very professional.
