Initial experience was a little rocky with getting a quote. After having someone out it took three days and three phone calls just to get the quote to me. From then on out everyone was very professional. Although I did have some pretty serious concerns about the tech filling my garage and house with gas when they did not turn off the gas supply and left the gas line open for multiple minutes. I could smell the gas outside 50 ft away which is what tipped me off. Overall though I'm satisfied mostly due to the price and everything else was done correctly.

Hot water heater went out and I've never been so happy to see someone, as I was today when Andrei Canale showed up to install a new one. He explained everything to me in an easy to understand, quick conversation and got right to work. When finished, he again explained what he had done and how the water heater worked.

looking at my invoice, seems like there are charges that are over priced.... the guy that installed my new water heater was fast & did a good job.
the only thing is that he forgot to put some tube insulations on the top, as to what the county inspector told me... good thing I have some on hand & put it on right away so the inspector sees it. he said it's not a big thing so he passed it anyway...

Cristhian Arballo Ruiz was very kind and professional. It took him 40 mins or less to install the garbage disposal where It would have taken me hours or days. He tested everything especially showing me that there is no leak after the installation was completed. I really appreciate Cristhian cleaning up and taking the old garbage disposal away for me. Everything works now and looks great and I would definitely request for Cristhian again = :)

We had a water heater replaced by Home Depot a waterless tank and we were referred to Delta mechanical to do the install. They came out. They installed it the first thing that was wrong was he didn't have the recirculation thing that we paid extra for so he had to go back and get the part bring it back and install it a few days later our thing is leaking so they come out and he glues down part of the piping second time it's leaking again so he says I'm just gonna replace the whole pipe, the whole Tubing so he does that glue down everything but one section and of course the one section he didn't glue down is where it's leaking a third time we waited all day yesterday for them to come and check it out. We had an appointment with a certain window of time never showed up never called my husband called the next day rescheduled for today. He's been sitting there all morning waiting again another no-show no call.

Installed 2 toilets and they did a good job. Joshua hung around even though we were a bit late getting home. Knocked off one star since we had to reschedule twice but that's understandable since the labor market is insane right now and there's shortages everywhere.

I was directed to this company by Home Depot last summer when my water heater went out. I scheduled an appointment for them to come do an estimate on it and they never showed up. I called to reschedule and the person I talked to said it was because the person I talked to was new and never assigned the estimate to a technician. He assured me that the problem was corrected and someone would be out here for the estimate. Again they never showed up or followed up. Today, which is about seven months later, I received a text that said a technician is on the way here...again, they didn't show up. They did however ask me to submit a review for the service I received for the work that was performed, so here it is. At this point I don't even know if it is a real company or not but very unprofessional! Maybe they are so successful that they don't care about customer service. Anyways, if you have to sacrifice a day of work to wait for someone from this company to perform work or an estimate, it will probably be quicker to go to trade school and learn how to do the work yourself.

Our water heater went out on New Year's day (Sunday) and unfortunately was not able to get a replacement until the next day on Monday. I received a call on Monday at 8:30am with a window of replacement at 10am. The person that took my appointment was professional and friendly. He explained options, reviewed my needs and set expectations of what our technician would be doing. Soon after we hung up I received a call from the technician letting us know that he would be there sooner and I was super pleased.
Once upon arrival our technician, Andrei Canale, was professional, courteous and diligent. He even helped us save some money by saving and reusing some parts that didn't need to be replaced. He completed the job in under an hour and half. He cleaned up, showed us all the parts, reviewed warrenty and gave us his number in case of any failures or issues, he would respond and repair.
Delta Mechanical from start to finish has the best services I have ever received and will definitely refer and reuse (hopefully not too soon :)). Great job!!! A+++
