What a great experience. I would recommend Delta1 to anyone who wants quality plumbing but at a reasonable price. I had 2 other quotes given to us and Delta 1 was able to beat the price and the warranty. Thank you Tom and Delta1 for repairing my sewer line!

Terrible.
After the weather disaster here we seniors tried to get help with bathroom faucett and shower cold water running slow and also leaky shower handle.
Joel came out and gave us estimate of over $2000.00.
He said it could run more if he found galvanized pipes.
He also informed us he would not be rebuilding the shower wall which would be torn out.
He charged us $200.00 for his visit which was less than an hour.
We waited for a reputable plumber we had used before and he fixed everything today. He charged us $532.00.
And no walls were torn out.

Our toilet and shower/tub stopped draining properly (seemed clogged), so we called Delta 1 Plumbing to fix the situation. The plumber, Roy, was a bit eccentric and with only a single tooth and an odd demeanor, made my wife a bit uneasy. But hey, not a big deal as long as he can do the job. My wife was told the toilet wasn't set properly, therefore to "guarantee" his work, he would need to remove the toilet, snake the lines, and reset the toilet. He also said he was going to get on the roof and run a camera down the pipe and check for any blockage along the air vent.
Roy (from Delta 1) was out the door with $990.48 of our money, a LOT. But at least it was guaranteed....right? 15 minutes later my wife flushed the toilet and the same problem, not draining! Are you kidding me? So my wife calls Roy on the phone and he suddenly changes his tune and says the work is NOT guaranteed because the sewer pipe in the crawl space was collapsed and damaged (about 10 ft down the line) and he can not guarantee his work, unless my wife signs an agreement to have the pipe replaced at an estimated cost of $2500 additional money! First it is guaranteed, then it is not? Are you kidding me?
Roy then offered to come by after work and take care of it at night. With me out of town and my wife not getting a good vibe from this guy, she wisely ended the conversation.
My wife was irate at the bate and switch, but she decided to call around and find someone else whom she could trust to come take a look. The next plumber (Mike, different plumbing company) shows up, runs a camera down the air vent from the roof and finds it blocked (dead animal) and removes it. That was the only problem with the whole situation! The toilet and shower drained properly after that. While Mike was there, he also ran a camera down the sewer lines (70+ feet) and found no damaged pipe. He told us in no uncertain terms we were "ripped off".
We contacted the owner of Delta 1 Plumbing immediately after our new plumber cleared the air vent line and told us we had been ripped off. He told us Roy's behavior was inappropriate (no duh!) and said he would refund our $990.48. That was over a month ago and we still have not seen any refund what so ever, but we will continue through different avenues.
So please learn from our mistake and take your plumbing business elsewhere. There really are good companies out there, but Delta 1 is NOT one of them.

Way over priced. Charged me $125 to come out and fix a water heater. Then quoted me $2100 to replace it. Got 2 other bids for $1300 each. Same brand water heater. Would not recommend these guys.

I really tried to work with this company. It's not the work I have problem with its the buisiness practice. They tried to rob me for another $800 after the work was done with no approval of the new FABRICATED estimate. They weren't honest with the entire price, didn't do all the work agreed, then threatened to not finish the work if I didn't pay the unagreed amount. I will NOT recommended this buisiness at all.

These guy's present a good ole boy facade but are way way over priced. Labor is at the top of the scale at $123.50 and I had work done that took 1 hr and 25 minutes and was informed they only bill in full hours. So I was billed for 2 hr when only less than 1.5 hrs was needed, So be ware!!! Now my biggest gripe is that parts (Pex fittings) which range in price (by my research) from .50 - 4.50 per piece. They charge $12.00 per fitting. My Parts bill was higher than the labor for a very in expensive part item PEX ( I actually found a website that had the parts BRASS parts that I was billed $12 for at avg cost of about 75 cents a piece. Something is very wrong with this type of mark - up. Very dissatisfied Homeowner. I even went and bought the parts they used and offered to bring them to him to credit my bill and he refused! That tells me he is not legit.

I called and spoke to Roy about a leak I had to my water shutoff valve. After the technician came and examined the leak, I was told by Roy that the fix would be over $1,000 because concrete would have to be broken and there was over 4 hours of labor involved. I called another plumber and the leak was fixed through the manhole WITHOUT breaking concrete in about an hour and cost less than $300. I would definitely shop around before calling this company out!
