Save yourself call Plumb-Rite instead. I Called for a quote/estimate, told them what was going on and they sent over a tech who told me that ,just for the parts only, gas control valve they would charge 700 (i got a high end name brand replacement unit for 300) they said a replacement water heater would be 1400 (i found one for 900 exact make/model replacement) if that alone wasn't bad enough they surprise charged me for their ""diag"" 130, the guy didn't even pull out a multimeter,he literally just tried to turn on the pilot (exactly what i did) and got the exact same results i told them about already. Feeling robbed out of 130 but now I know who NOT to call. Oh and yeads up, the ""diag"" they do does NOT count towards service time, it is a mandatory seperate fee of a MIN of 130.

Can't seem to get any company to come in service my fifth wheel air conditioning unit I'm giving this company a one star rating because in my mind I don't understand how you can be a company that services air-conditioning but refuses to work on a camper or fifth wheel unit beyond me of understanding it they all have an air conditionr and air compressor they all work the same way and I just don't understand why I can't find a company in this town to service my unit as a single mom this is beyond frustrating with a disabled child I shouldn't have to be stressed about how hot it is in my home and how my sons gonna stay cool. Especially when I have cash money and need my unit services

I had a clogged drain. Water everywhere from the washer. Called Delongs and set up an appointment. The tech ""Jesse"" was at my house on time, was very nice and professional. He got the job done although it was a difficult one. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Don

I was moving out of my house and the water line to the washer bursted at 8 am. They had a person there by 9 am. While he was there they also fixed my water line to the fridge. The price was reasonable and they really saved the day!

Great service! Got my water heater fixed and running right. Fixed a bath tub and sink faucet while they were there. Nice guys. 10/10 I'll be recommending them for the job! Just an absolute kind company in general.

Our AC wasn't working right. Came out the next day. Everything went well and all was fixed but other then the hello and pay part, no communication. He didn't tell me what was wrong or how much it was going to cost to fix. I had to ask at the checkout point what was wrong and just pay.

Jeremy and Duane came out this morning to put in a new water heater at my house. They were professional and explained things to me as they went. Made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up everything before they left. It was a pleasure having them doing the work. Thank you!

I live about 40 miles from Springfield and I had a house fire and needed an estimate on a hot water heater and installation. I called on a Saturday to set up an appointment to have an estimate done. Called back on Monday to find out when they may be coming was told they did not have me down. Ended up that the guy who does the estimates was able to come that afternoon. I have a natural gas hot water heater and Skot insisted it was propane like I didn't know what I was talking about. Even had me take him and show him my natural gas meter. So he told me he was going back to office to figure up what it would cost and was going to email me the estimate. Next afternoon I had not received it. I called and a lady told me that it would be that evening or the next morning. I waited nothing came so I thought maybe something got mixed up with my email address, so I called again and again it will be that evening or the next morning. I told them that was what I was told the day before. I wait still nothing call back that next afternoon and then Judy got on the phone and told me that they don't do service that far out. I am unable to live in my house because I need electricity and water and I'm trying to wait patiently on this bid to get to my insurance so I can get a new hot water heater and installed and after talking to about 6 people in 5 days I get told that they don't do service that far out. Very bad customer service!

i spent thousands of dollars with delong replacing the line from my well to the house. There were more problems than i can report. The worst was for exterior plumping they replace metal with plastic and piled rocks directly on top of the pvc. Over the last 2 years I have fixed 4 breaks in the line. Currently I am having estimates for it to be completely redone in metal. This company is only out for your money they may be okay for small jobs but leave the big jobs to someone else.

My furnace died this morning (Saturday) so I gave Delong a call. The person on the phone was very kind and professional and I was told I would quickly get a call back to set up an appointment time. I got a call within 10 minutes and made the appointment for the same day in the late afternoon. Then I got another call from the technician saying he could come at 2pm which was great since it was a very cold day. The technician was very nice and had my heat up and running in just over 1 hour. He was friendly and professional and even gave me some good advice on how to keep my furnace running properly. This company gave fast and efficient service and the people were really nice. I will definitely use this company again if I have a plumbing or heating issue in the future.
