I was moving out of my house and the water line to the washer bursted at 8 am. They had a person there by 9 am. While he was there they also fixed my water line to the fridge. The price was reasonable and they really saved the day!

Our AC wasn't working right. Came out the next day. Everything went well and all was fixed but other then the hello and pay part, no communication. He didn't tell me what was wrong or how much it was going to cost to fix. I had to ask at the checkout point what was wrong and just pay.

Jeremy and Duane came out this morning to put in a new water heater at my house. They were professional and explained things to me as they went. Made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up everything before they left. It was a pleasure having them doing the work. Thank you!

I live about 40 miles from Springfield and I had a house fire and needed an estimate on a hot water heater and installation. I called on a Saturday to set up an appointment to have an estimate done. Called back on Monday to find out when they may be coming was told they did not have me down. Ended up that the guy who does the estimates was able to come that afternoon. I have a natural gas hot water heater and Skot insisted it was propane like I didn't know what I was talking about. Even had me take him and show him my natural gas meter. So he told me he was going back to office to figure up what it would cost and was going to email me the estimate. Next afternoon I had not received it. I called and a lady told me that it would be that evening or the next morning. I waited nothing came so I thought maybe something got mixed up with my email address, so I called again and again it will be that evening or the next morning. I told them that was what I was told the day before. I wait still nothing call back that next afternoon and then Judy got on the phone and told me that they don't do service that far out. I am unable to live in my house because I need electricity and water and I'm trying to wait patiently on this bid to get to my insurance so I can get a new hot water heater and installed and after talking to about 6 people in 5 days I get told that they don't do service that far out. Very bad customer service!

i spent thousands of dollars with delong replacing the line from my well to the house. There were more problems than i can report. The worst was for exterior plumping they replace metal with plastic and piled rocks directly on top of the pvc. Over the last 2 years I have fixed 4 breaks in the line. Currently I am having estimates for it to be completely redone in metal. This company is only out for your money they may be okay for small jobs but leave the big jobs to someone else.

My furnace died this morning (Saturday) so I gave Delong a call. The person on the phone was very kind and professional and I was told I would quickly get a call back to set up an appointment time. I got a call within 10 minutes and made the appointment for the same day in the late afternoon. Then I got another call from the technician saying he could come at 2pm which was great since it was a very cold day. The technician was very nice and had my heat up and running in just over 1 hour. He was friendly and professional and even gave me some good advice on how to keep my furnace running properly. This company gave fast and efficient service and the people were really nice. I will definitely use this company again if I have a plumbing or heating issue in the future.

I had an AC unit go down naturally during the hottest weekend of the year. They came out on a Sunday and got me back in shape. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The bill was far cheaper than I expected for a weekend call. They did an excellent job; I would highly recommend.

Our heater quick working this last month and I called Delong to see if they could help.

I am always afraid of being ripped-off and being charged for things that do not actually need to be fixed, so when the technician arrived I admittedly hovered over him watching him (not that I had a clue what I was watching for). His name was David and he was very patient with me and told me what he was doing and what issues he saw with the furnace.

When he was completed, which took 30 minutes at the most, he chuckled and said as hard as he could try, he couldn't break it. That, and the gas was igniting and the hot air was blowing. He shared with me some suggestions that might make our heater more efficient and then came the hard part...I was prepared for the hundreds of dollars I was going to be out for some guy to come and tinker with my furnace. I was ready to write the $300 check when he told me that the total would be $85. I had to ask him to repeat that, as I was not prepared for that.

I happily wrote the check, shook David's hand, then went upstairs to enjoy the warmth. Freezing temperatures outside tonight? No problem.

Excellent customer service, quite reasonable price, and overall I am a very satisfied customer!

Really if I could I would leave a 0 star review I was highly unsatisfied I work a very busy schedule and it's hard to be able to find time for someone to come out to my house and do any type of work for my home so I called them about a sink t that would not drain and was told they would be at my house around noon on monday they never came my boyfriend called an ask why the reasoning was he said he called and no one answered so he just didn't come out to the house I did not have any missed calls or voicemails from them I think they got busy and just didn't want to come out they were very rude on the phone and I will not recommend them to anyone or attempt to use the myself again
