Driver aggressively cut me off and swerved around me. License tag 4714. I reported them to their business line.
I contacted Delmar Plumbing to fix a plumbing issue that other company's I've dealt with could not fix, within 2 months the problem would continue. Every time we would wash a load of laundry we had to literally keep an eye on the overflow pipe and push stop and restart on the washing machine until the water successfully drained. If we didn't do this the water would overflow.
Delmar plumbing came out and identified the issue fixed it and ran several tests before leaving. They told me I shouldn't have a problem anymore and I have not. The work was performed the beginning of December and my wife and I could not be happier. Recently I had my upstairs bathroom start leaking from the pipe/faucet area in the tub. I did not hesitate to contact Delmar plumbing. Once again they fixed the issue. The staff is very professional and does a great job to include the customer on what the exact problem is and what is needed to do the repairs. They have earned our business for life. Their prices are reasonable too.
Thank you again to the staff at Delmar plumbing
Driver of Del Mar Plumbing van aggressively cut me off when two lanes merged into one heading northbound on Main Street in Fairfax getting onto US-50 W. I'm not exactly a slow poke either. He had MD tags 4714.
Delmar plumbing was sent out to my house as a subcontractor to run the pipes for our generator by the company we got it from. When the plumber came when we were not at home as we were told we didn't need to be there. It was specifically stated that the pipe should be run around the house from the gas meter to the generator and attached to the wall below the siding. When I got home from work they had attached the gas line to the house through the siding. They claimed that they didn't want to mess with the stucco on the bottom part of the house. They did NOTHING about it. I told them this would be an issue when we got the house resided, They didn't seem to care. It was an ongoing fight with them. They wanted me to sign a damage waiver in case they cracked the stucco. I was willing to do that but they didn't send it to me in time and had a plumber out to move the line without me being there and no way to get them the waiver before hand. They were pretty rude and mad that they sent a plumber out and I wouldn't sign the waiver. The reason was that they never notified me of a time they would have the plumber there. I got an email while at work that said...the plumber is there we need the waiver.
We ended up having to remove the gas line (which cost more money) to install new siding. I contacted Delmar and again they were not helpful. They claimed the only way they could attach the pipe was using an air hammer.
I ended up doing it myself. I bought a masonry bit from Home Depot and the anchors and screws to hold the pipe on the wall. It took me about 15 minutes to rehang the pipe where it should have been and I didn't crack a single spot in the stucco. Oh and I didn't use an air hammer. Used a plain old battery powered drill.
I wouldn't recommend using these people. For anything and if you are getting a generator installed check to see what plumber the company you're getting the generator from uses.
