DON'T DO IT!!! Delmar had me waiting 2 months with set, then missed appointments wasting my time and never came back to actually do the work. Got a deposit and never saw him again! I requested a refund from him in writing and still have not received. Ran over in Roswell!! [email protected]

Filed a claim for a plumbing issue through our home warranty company and they assigned Delmar Construction. We put in the claim on a Thursday and finally heard from Delmar on the following Tuesday morning. Scheduled the appointment and made a point to be home before and after the time we agreed upon during the call. No one showed up AND we did not receive any phone calls or texts letting us know he would not make it. I called and left voicemails and sent texts as well with NO response, even now, a couple days later.

Never do business with this company. They were supposed to show up Saturday from 3-4pm. We planned our whole day around him being there, and it was a no-call no-show. He then claimed it was because they had the wrong number, but earlier that week, we were in communication over the phone, so he definitely had our number. He claimed he had an emergency call. Furthermore, he reschedules to Wednesday and he TEXTS me that he's cancelling. I have attached a picture below for your reference. This company bleeds unprofessionalism, and you should never do business with this company. Ever.

I actually had to tell the Home Warranty Company that he was not to come back or be allowed to work on my home again. He did not contact me at first for a week, then when i called the Home Warranty company they got him to come out. He came out... to fix a dripping faucet and another item... didn't fix it and the other item told the Home Warranty company he was researching it. That was 2 weeks ago. No word... they called him, and He told them he would get back to them that night... no word. Good luck if you get him assigned. if you enjoy frustration and someone that is oblivious to professionalism... he is your best choice.

Sent through First American Home Warranty... came 3 times, water still leaking from the toilet. Told warranty company there was nothing wrong when he left but 30 mins later, I'm wiping up water from the floor...4 towels full!!

When you hire a professional contractor, make sure this contractor is qualified to do the job and that he is not """"farming"""" the work out and taking a cut of the sale. My experience with this company was less than satisfactory. 45 minutes late past his 3 hour service window...no call concerning lateness- not happy about this. After his diagnosis of the plumbing issue, he stated very easy and quick fix, I will be back in a couple of days. One week later, he calls me for an appointment...I take another day off from work, he shows up, not prepared to do the job...determines that it was more involved than he wanted so he contacted my warranty company to state that it was a leak in the roof (I was in the attic with him to verify that it was not a roof leak and he agreed at that moment). He cut holes in my ceiling and left the debris behind, basically telling me that I would have to find someone to look at it. My thoughts- Collects $100 service call fee, doesn't fix the problem, leaves a mess in my house, I lost 2 days of work to no avail...What kind of Business is this??? Buyer Beware !!!

Delmar was assigned through our American Home Shield Warranty. Delmar was not responsive in making a quick appointment or even contacting us for a week. Delmar left a message with AHS that they could not reach us (?) Not sure what that was all about, however we finally set an appointment. A few days later, we got a text from Delmar that said he wasn't going to make it 'today'. I texted back that he had the wrong customer, and corrected him on the date and time of our actual appointment. Well here it is, the day of the appointment. We are waiting... waiting... no communication with Delmar. I texted him to confirm and let him know where to park and he said 'I don't park in parking decks', so I arranged for another space. Then he said, I don't do work in condos. I am not sure why AHS selected Delmar as the business for our need, but I am writing a review to agree with the other reviewers. Upon reading THEIR reviews (thank you!), I too will not allow them in my place. Zero stars. I would have expected better from AHS. p.s - our 'repair' is probably the need for a small washer on a faucet.
