It was -4 Fahrenheit in the middle of the night. My furnace stopped firing up. I called Dan at 1:30 am on Sunday. Explain problem. Brian was in my house at 2:35. Worked for an hour and fixed the problem. The water that the combustion produces froze in exit pipe. I have been working with Dan's company for two years now. (installing AC, changing furnace) You can not find more honest, hardworking, fast, courteous and cost-effective service and people. Thank you, Dan.

Dellwood Plumbing was recommended to me by Property Works.
1. They came to rectify some errors from Kohler, Inc.'s shower and tub temperature cartridges for all 6 faucets. They identified that Kohler had not sent enough of the proper materials and returned when those arrived. The workmanship by Brian was professional, quick and cost effective. All 3 showers and 3 tubs are now safe and working. They also re-set a toilet, and replaced a faulty toilet fill line which should never have burst to begin with. The house is only 5 years old.
2. They performed a major re-route in our basement of the overflow valve for the softener which involved 2 men, Brian and apprentice Seth. Again really difficult work and done in a timely, professional way - worth every cent to get it done and done right!
3. They also had to fix a burst sprinkler pipe and figure out why it occurred in the first place. If they hadn't found the source of the problem (much testing, running upstairs, outside and back in, the same issue would have happened this coming winter. Kudos for the fix and making it permanent.
We have moved many times, and owned many homes with plumbing problems. I would hire Dellwood again and have recommended them to a friend who has plumbing issues. They gave fast, courteous and cost effective service.

Quinnel entered our home with an attitude and a mouth full of garbage. I removed the motor from the furnace to save a couple bucks and he not only wanted to know if I was going to do the entire job, but as a 100% disabled Vet wanted to know if I was going to do the entire job.
He charged us $295.00 for 30 min. work and a small motor that blows into the heat exchange. He was also leaving the job incomplete by not putting the top of the furnace on. When my wife who passed away last week asked him to, this dirty filthy mouthed bastard replied to her, I'm not going to spend 5 hrs putting a screw in. With my wife now gone and ripped away from me, I have no qualms reporting the truth of this incident. She was always afraid of problems if I complained. Well, Quinnel, Dan , I'm calling you out as a thief and dishonest business man with the way you treated us. $295.00 for 30 min. you crooked thief. I hope everyone in Adams reads this. Your not worth your weight in salt. Especially when we prior used your services to install a new central air unit. Your workers were great, and you weren't with them. They treated us with respect and a fair price. Then you show up and your attitude hurt my wife, and I hope this truth hurts your life and your business.
