Andy is extremely attentive,courteous,professional and skilled. He totally saved our vacation this year and following the COVID lock down of last year That was a godsend.
We were on vacation on the Cape Sunday night ,when we got the call that our daughter had no hot water...a google search brought us to Rich at Matthews and sons (Mathewsplumbing.com) who was fantastic and talked to me about the whole issue with my furnace...unfortunately he wasn't able at the moment to bail us out but said he had a guy (Andy) who he just spoke with and gave me his number. As I was calling this number Andy called me. He told me Rich had told him the situation and could be over in the morning. My wonderful wife said she would go home to meet him the next morning and let me spend the day with my daughters. Andy arrived when he said he would , checked our furnace and knew the issue in minutes. He discussed the repair with me via FaceTime and explained the price,that was quite reasonable considering we had no clue as to what to expect and we never had the furnace serviced in the 10 years we owned it. He actually called in an assistant so he could get the job done to allow my wife to back to our vacation.

Dello Russo was recommended to me by my plumber for an emergency hot water heater replacement. Not only did the hot water heater fail, of course at night, but the main water valve to the home failed as well. I called at 5:30AM in a fit of desperation and Andrew could not have been more understanding and courteous. We should all be this pleasant when we're awoken at 5:30AM! Andrew and Dan were at my house as promised and immediately got to work. Expert advice on the replacement unit as well as how to fix the main water valve. They took care of everything. Within hours everything was resolved. I couldn't be happier and they made the best of a bad situation. Very happy with the installation configuration especially compared with the previous set up. You know you got great service when your basement is cleaner when the plumber leaves than when he arrived.

I was recently assigned Dello Russo as a subcontractor for installation on appliances I bought at Sears. [As an aside, that was a total debacle, and I wish I'd gone to Yale like I planned and found Dello Russo on my own to install! But anyway...]

I got a call from the owner about the installation time and he was very nice and very helpful even though Sears botched the order several times and he couldn't actually do it that day. The day of my rescheduled installation I got a call in the morning that the guys at Dello Russo had worked some kind of magic where they were able to get both of my appliances even though Sears had said it would probably be impossible.

The two installers (one is the brother of the owner) were young guys who were incredibly awesome (incidentally, also cute, if that matters to ya). Fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves/my horrible gross water mess from letting a broken dishwasher sit too long... (I'm sure they've smelled worse but really, they were great). I feel like a jerk that I had no cash for tip, and I hope that they are paid well by Sears. I should mail something in.

I don't know if they usually travel all over the Boston area, but they came to Watertown. HIGHLY recommended.
