This company is very quick to respond, They are polite and efficient. But way over priced. We had a leak from a pipe connected from a water filtration system. Boyfriend tried to fix. Could not get it to work. Looked on home advisor this company responded. Joe was nice. He said would be 85.00 to come out. Plus cost of parts and repair. The guy called that he sent I never got his name. He asked me to send a picture I did. N.Y. cell number. I almost did not answer. He came told my boyfriend would be 425.00 to fix. It was late we needed water. My boyfriend was thinking it would be a big job and a little more since it was late. That maybe he was way off on what he had tried to do to repair the problem. The guy took some cleaner, cleaned the pipe connection,(same cleaner we used) placed glue on the piece of pipe we already purchased, placed it in position. Process took about five minutes. He said let it dry he left came back after around 30 min. or so turned on the water. Voila it worked. You can imagine our amazement. 340.00 bucks for a little glue. Guess Home Depot sold us the wrong glue for this job. After hours you expect to pay a little more especially if they have labor involved. This was very pricey. 200.00 to 250.00 I would have expected for this job. Good work but for this reason cannot give five stars. Hey we needed water especially with all this virus stuff going on. I paid the invoice as agreed. I have a realtor friend who is always looking for repair companies, they were so nice, came on time I thought I would be able to recommend them to her. I live in 55 plus community. My neighbors could not afford these guys either. I am very grateful to have water. We now know what kind of glue to use now if we have this problem again. Lesson learned. Be careful with Home Advisor recommendations.

The owner Joseph gave me a specific quote for the toilet replacement at my house. There was no miscommunication about the job or the quote provided by the owner over the phone. However, when the installer arrived , he was looking for 2.5 times more than quoted price without any justification. How can you trust the integrity or workmanship of such a Company?. Very disappointed customer.

James came to my house to replace my water tank, he was very professional, kind and proficient. He expected the job to take around 2 hours and he was out under 2 hours! Joe who took my original calls was also very nice and professional! Thanks guys

I I have often heard the question, """" do you know of a good plumber? """" I have never been able to answer that question... until now. The answer is ..DELLA ROSSA PLUMBING! Joseph (Joe) is completely dedicated and passionate about his craft. It's rare and refreshing to see someone in his position (President) to be so involved and concerned about his customer's needs and requirements! 2 thumbs UP!

They were fast and efficient and they were able to make it out on a weekend to help us. Really nice and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend using this plumber.

We have used Joe of Dell Rossa plumbing for 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. His workmanship was excellent and he was extremely responsive. When he said he would do something he always showed up in a timely fashion. It wa a pleasure working with Joe

STAY FAR AWAY! Joe is already threatening a lawsuit if I write a review (he knows the truth and what will be said). Lucky for him I'm currently out of town but it will be coming soon. Just wanted to warn anyone ASAP. Not only does he overcharge but tries to bully customers to keep quiet.

They have an excellent service and the job was finished the same day. They are a great team and also they did not make a mess on my floor like I was thinking. I will hire them again and again. Thanks for everything...

Great Service , Fast response , highly recommend for commercial plumbing issues

Avoid them. Had a leak so I had the city turn off my water. Called Della Rosa to come on Friday. I was told they would come between 3-3:30. I took off work early and they came late. Johnny explained that the leak detection would cost $225 but that would go toward the repair cost. I said ok thinking that they would use equipment and that was the cost of doing business. He spent some time walking around with me as we repeated all the steps that already led me to the conclusion that I had a leak. He agreed and pointed out another valve that I had not noticed. Great. But he could do nothing because it was getting close to 5. His price for the repair kept changing without explanation. I was getting uncomfortable with his explanations as he kept trying to pad the job. He left without doing anything beyond walking around and theorizing. He used no special equipment. Needed water so I called another plumber on Sat who came to visit free of charge, spent a longer time there and eliminated the possibility that Johnny identified. He suggested I dig the main line to find the leak and showed me how to turn the water on and off so I could have water as needed. Found the leak right where I suspected and pointed out to Johnny (new grounding rod hit the water line). I objected to Joe, the owner of Della Rosa who then asked me to call him. I called and he put me on speaker phone with Johnny who proceeded to attempt verbal acrobatics to explain how the charge was justified. I respect their time and would have been happy to pay them something proportionate to what they did (or rather did not do). At one point he told me that he had our conversation on collar cam and that my husband must have been the plumber who visited for free. This was so insulting--as if no plumber would be that reasonable or that I had said something incriminating. Simply, not the case. I finally hung up because it was clear that this guy was just speaking over me and trying bully me into submission. Would never trust them. You shouldn't either. I found them on Angie's List whom he proceeded to badmouth and tell me that all those good reviews are bought.
