Had them recently replace a water heater recently. Easy to work with and responsive. Pricing is reasonable and quality of work is good. Would've liked more experienced workers to tend to my needs however to address the details of the installation.

You may think my review for this company is harsh, but with two major strikes against them, I have good reason. They are rude, lazy, and immoral. This is not a reputable company at all.

Two years ago Delhagen replaced my Water Heater and Humidifier after we had a problem with a leak. I had no complaints at the time, service was expedient and my wife told me the technicians were polite.

This past month when my AC system broke down I called Delhagen for a quote figuring they had earned my business. It was an emergency job with the coming heat wave and a 2 month old baby in the house. I was told by the technician it would take a week to get the quote, but it ended up taking 2 weeks! By then we had already called to complain and hired another company for the job.

While installing the new heater and AC system. The other company pointed out to me that that the humidifier had never been installed properly, not only was the shutoff valve was not to code, but incredibly the wiring was never completed. They never wired power to the humidifier. It sat there for two years and never turned on! Not having gone to school for HVAC or plumbing, I never noticed the mistake before.

I called Delhagen Plumbing & Heating, assuming they had some sort of warranty on the service, or at least some pride in their reputation. The owner of Delhagen, Gary Delhagen, told me there was nothing he could do for me and let me know I was a negligent homeowner for not noticing sooner! I am sorry Gary, for not being more sensitive to the humidity levels in my home, but when a company services your home you expect them to finish the promised job.

Hire this company at your own risk. And if you do, you may want to hire a secondary company to be sure the job was finished correctly the first time!

Honest. Fast response and moderately priced. They literally had someone out to help me within the hour when my AC was leaking...and the night before we are moving! Great, great company!

I've needed to call Delhagen twice for AC issues, and both times I was satisfied. Nick has worked on the house even under the previous owner, and was actually able to enlighten me on some of the history of it.

My hot water heater suddenly started leaking one afternoon. I made calls to a couple of area plumbers I had worked with in the past. One was too booked-up to help, and the one he referred me to has never returned my call.

I actually went on Facebook and asked my friends who they might recommend. Within minutes I received several responses, 5 of which recommended Delhagen.

I called their office, and they actually had someone come out to assess my situation within about 15 minutes! The next day, a crew was out here to install a new water heater, which was all completed by 1pm. The men who did the work were very professional and personable.... And the work looks good... Very clean.

Needless to say, I was very impressed, and would recommend Delhagen highly and without reservation!

I have used Delhagen Plumbing over the last 18 years.They have never been late and have always done a great job.I used another plumber another time but he had to keep fixing things he already did.I will never use another plumbing company again except Delhagen.I'm sure there are other great plumbers out there but I am Happy with the service over the years so I am sticking with Delhagen.
