Gave me an estimate, and toll them to please take the shoes off and put them on in the basement, I told them again I thought they didn't hear me ,however they said they were not going to take the shoes off and no cover shoes.and went to the basement talking in a very loud voice, woke everyone in rhe house,and told to please to lower the voice. Still this person,kept talking in very load voice,all the time.I definitely wouldn't hire this company.or recommen.have no respect.

I had an emergency kitchen sink/ garbage disposal clog this morning. Tried plunging it and it didn't work. Called Angi List plumber (Courtesy Plumbing), Delfiacco Plumbing and Sewer and Mr Rooter. Mr Rooter only had answering machine and never called back. Courtesy would come later in afternoon with free estimate and Delfiacco quoted $225 for rodding but said he probably couldn't get here today but would try. I later found out the person I spoke to was in the hospital but was still servicing his customers! Courtesy came out and quoted $335. I thanked him after telling him I had a $225 quote and he left. Within an hour a lovely gentleman arrived from Delfiacco, rodded the sink, cleaned up and tested it. We had a pleasant conversation while he worked. I attempted to pay by credit card and he said he wasn't able to take the card and I should call in the morning to give them the information! I offered to give him the card number and he said not to worry just to call after 10 in the morning!!! Trust, service and friendliness from a company I have never used before!!! You can be sure I will use Delfiacco Plumbing and Sewer again when I need a plumber and I recommend you do too!

My sink was not draining these guys came out and found the problem, if your in need of plumbing relief these are the guys to call even if Roger Claar called plumbers dumb, these guys are awesome they know Bolingbrook plumbing and have her for over 40 years, these are the people to call.

My sewer was backing up and water started coming into the basement I called Delfiacco Sewer and Plumbing for service. They were out on Monday morning and proceeded to clean out my sewer line using the clean out just outside my home. They were completed in about 30 minutes. Everything is working just fine. This is a very professional company and they stand by their work.

April 1st, we called because we had some grit coming up from our sewer in the laundry room.

Bill came out and advised we had a cracked pipe that it needed to be replaced (about 75 feet of pipe). He advised it could take 2 weeks because he was busy but we'd be OK to use everything in the house.

After 3 weeks and not hearing anything from Bill, we called and left a voice mail. We then called our insurance agent to see if they heard from Bill. They responded they hadn't heard from him and they would try to contact him too. Within 15 minutes Bill called us and advised he was waiting for the permit from the village because they were very slow and did not have everyone working.

We waited another week and went to the village office to see the progress of the permit only to find out it hadn't been even requested. The office was completely filled with workers and the village clerk advised you can even do the permit on line and get it in one day. The village clerk advised there was an inquiry on our address by another company however, no permit requested.

It's been a month now, so we reached out for a second opinion on a Thursday. That same day someone came out and confirmed the work needed to be done and they could start on Monday.

The communication was horrible within the entire month with Bill unless we reached out to him! We would not recommend Bill at all to anyone.

Bill came out after my kitchen ceiling started to rain. I called him on a Sunday, He answered and was very professional. Came out and fixed problem. He was so nice and affordable we are getting our toilets' replaced by them. Very affordable and dependable

Sink clogged. Called them and were quick and effective. 10 minutes. Called to announce their arrival and came early and on time. Good job, fair price, good people. They are now in my contacts and will use for all of my plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
