I had the pleasure of having Mat and Ryan at our place of business to service and repair two wall units (Heat/AC) that had been serviced a number of times. Both Mat and Ryan worked together to fix the problem and explaining to me what the problem was and what they did to fix it. They were both courteous, professional and clean in their work....Highly recommend this company and these two for your service and repair needs.
Anthony C.Let me just start with the reasons for the two stars. The first star is because they were able to squeeze me in on the same day that I called. Other companies were telling me a few weeks out. The second star is because of the tech, who ended up being a cool guy. The lack of stars is because I was in the middle of the contractor manipulation game that they love to play. We came to the conclusion that the Freon pressures weren't where they were supposed to be so I was told that the compressor running and the capacitor that I replaced last year was bad. Tech didn't even test it to see if it was bad. I actually brought a meter out and tested it myself and it was fine. Instead they insisted on putting in a universal capacitor and pretended like the capacitor was the problem. Then I was told that the system was low on Freon which I had already assumed was the issue in the first place. So they decided to put over 2 lbs of refrigerant in it.. They charged me for 3lbs and then told me the capacitor was going to be $260. Now lets be realistic here, the part costs $60 and there was a markup of 4x. So I politely asked them to take the capacitor out and put the ""bad"" capacitor back in. I asked the tech the price of the call and I was informed it was going to be $120. By the time he left that jumped to $190.. Also after he left I turned on the condenser and its magically running just fine. So $400 plus later thank you to the tech for getting my system up and running.
Called Delco Air back in February my heating unit was not turning on, they came in changed a few parts and sold me a service contract (where they were suppose to inspect the unit and any future parts would be at a discounted rate) this was $1200. Called them back in March heating unit again not turning on they told me the pilot was not working. That was quoted at around $900 and of course the parts needed were not included in said contract. I opened my mouth and said all that money on 2 repairs how much is a new heating system, everything went down hill from there every other word from this companies mouth was because my heating unit was so old they couldn't get parts, they could not remove a screw so the whole pilot section needed to be removed and so on and so forth. so of course they quoted me for a new heating unit. Not an honest company, asked them to return the service contract portion that I paid in February to make things right never heard back from them.
Called Delco at about 8:30 am and they were able to get me a tech that same day. Mark (with a K) came down to do a diagnostic of our system and found the issue promptly. He was friendly and didn't mind me shadowing him just to see how he inspects the system. Answered all my questions and all of my wife's questions. Told us what to look out for in the future in case our problem comes up again. Will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Ama K.My air conditioning unit started to blow neutral air during one of the hottest weeks in the summer. I called Delco Air to see if I could get someone to look at it before the heat took me out. I spoke with business owner, Brian, and he promptly scheduled one of his techs to come check the unit out. John arrived exactly one time and was super friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the faulty part. I can't remember the last time I had such seamless service. I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to call Delco Air should the need arise.
