Installed a water heater, air wasn't bled out of the system throughout the home, by the time I went to use the bath tub upstairs the pipes busted and my living room ceiling is trashed as water leaked to the floor below. Per the description provided by the company of the tasks they would complete (highlighted in pic below), they would purge the air THROUGHOUT the house. This was only done on one sink on main floor. I received way too many excuses from the company. My living room is trashed and they refused to fix the ceiling damage.

My husband called after we saw the commercial on television. The woman that we spoke with told him that there is a fee for estimates over $60 whether we use their services or not. That is as far as we got with this company

I got yelp today ask for a quote they came out the same day had some one from there shop run out the part the needed and I had a brand new garbage disposal installed the same day

Homeowners beware! Had them come over to get an estimate to have a water heater replaced. they were more than double than the 3 estimates I already had. As the technician was leaving he told us we owed $65 for the estimate and I told him I was unaware of that because I would have never had them come for that price. He said he would go call his manager and asked if the fee could be waived. He came back in and said he couldn't because I was told and played my conversation with the scheduling person that recorded my call which was never told to me that the call was being recorded and it was slipped in our conversation but I didn't catch it during the conversation although they would waive it if we got them to do the job. what a scam and prime example of bad business. I did pay the fee but would never recommend this company let alone hire them.

had a slow draining sink in kitchen. they came out and tried to clear it. seems the clog could not be cleared. The estimate to replace about 20 ft of PVC was $1800.00. I was stunned!! said no thanks and they left. went back to the kitchen and now the sink was not draining at all. Got them back and had to pony up the money. I hate ""estimates"" that are even number. nor do I like being held hostage. BTW 20 ft of PVC costs around $45. I can't in good faith ever use you again. On the flip side the plumbers were polite and professional.

We had an emergency with a broken pipe that was attached to our water filtration system. They were able to come out the same day to make a quick fix and then returned the next day with everything they needed to fix the pipes and install a new and much better water filter system. They are very responsive and text photos of the servicemen who are coming to your house. Their customer service is excellent and they are clearly concerned about their consumer.

Professional and courteous! Our kitchen sink and utility sink were both clogged and draining slow (overnight slow). DPP arrived within the specified time frame. Marc & Ja' Kawan (I hope I spelled his name right) were very well spoken and even put on boot covers before entering the house. It was a bit of a task to get the drain unclogged but Marc was not going to stop until he finished the job. He had to be inventive when it came to replacing some PVC under the sink mostly because it was done wrong in the first place. But they got it done! Glad I called Delaware Plumbing Professionals and even more glad that that they sent Marc and Ja' Kawan. These 2 guys made it happen and my kitchen sink drains faster than it did when we moved in last year! Any plumbing issues I'm calling DDP and requesting Marc & Ja' Kawan!!!

Professional and thorough.. They got my leaky foreclosure up and running in a day after 3 years of being dry. Everything leaked so they definitely had their challenges and they were good at helping me only replace the most critical components.

The only downside is I found their pricing to be on the (very) high side. I understand good plumbers are never inexpensive but they are pricey. I've worked with several of their techs and they all know their stuff. The work was flawless!

Marc and Myles were great! Very responsive and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend they're service's. Very clean and respectful. I like how they gave me different options incase one didn't work. These guys are the ones you want to fix your issues.

I've replaced most of my faucets on my own but one gave me a problem. I'm never afraid to pay for help but this business is a rip off. I had all of my hardware and only needed to get the old faucet removed. The tech quoted me $570 bucks! After staring at him hoping he was joking I said... here is my card for your $65 service fee. No thank you! I specifically asked the woman on the call if I could get a range as to not waste anyones time. She told me some jazz around every job being different. This company is worst than Horizon but the tech Ryan was amazing. I felt sorry for him... his computer gave him the number and he was the messenger. It suck's because I know someone who was desperate would consider paying it. They could have got me for at least $259 because I wanted it done. Even $250 is high. Just be upfront with people. If you want to make your money by charging a $65 fee for time you are missing the boat. Completely waste of time.
