We recently moved into a new house and needed a new hot water heater and had some other plumbing issues that needed addressed. We called up Charles and he was very responsive. He did an excellent job, provided a reasonable quote, and is a very professional and nice guy overall. We plan to use him in the future for all of our plumbing needs and highly recommend his work!

If I could rate higher than this I would!! Found this plumber via Yelp and had to laugh we shared the last name. Gave him a shot and WOW! He showed up within 30 minutes when I told him my bathroom was flooding on a SATURDAY. That's unheard of! Great service, timely and affordable! 10/10 recommend!

After discovering some significant plumbing oversight in our new/old home, we were so fortunate to be pointed in the direction of Charles. He was able to come diagnose an issue in our shower the same day we called him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took several trips to the hardware store to do exactly what we needed and ensure that he could fix the problem. He is well-connected and was able to put us in contact with a great tile person who finished up the job such that you could never tell we had work done. Charles also helped fix my mom's flooding toilet and cleared a clogged drain at our house. We have a laundry list of items for him moving forward, including changing our water heater out, and will definitely use him for any plumbing needs that arise in the future.

I contacted Delaney's 5 days ago and discussed getting estimate for a gas line install. I found him on LinkedIn as he was posting a request for website work, which I do. So I mentioned a barter, not a requirement, just a question. We discussed install options, he answered my questions and he said he would be out here in the next few days. So now 5 days later no response. I texted him and he doesn't want to come because he doesn't do free estimates, which I never asked for and he never mentioned a price to do the estimate. He also mentioned he was ""bothered"" by my barter question. Which is valid but it was just a question that he could have easily said no. I was completely willing to pay for an estimate and the work but at no time did he mention either. I am giving him 2 stars because his communication in our situation was unacceptable. If I would have known these issues during our initial discussion we could have handled them and had a successful transaction for both parties. Now I wasted 5 days of my project timeline waiting for a plumber who in my opinion could not communicate effectively.

Tried to get a general quote, said he charges by the job and will not give me a general price. Tells me I have to pay $70 for him to come out and he will keep that money if the estimate is higher than I expect. Would not tell me how much it would be if the job lasts one hour since he wants to price by the job. Usually people tell me that when they want more per hour than would be fair for the job. I will avoid him! Could have at least given me better information or been more friendly. Most customers want to know what something will cost in general for an amount of time on a specif job so we do not waste our time waiting for them and paying them a fee when they give us a high bid!

Yes, oh yes....do call Delaney Plumbing if you need great service. I called this morning and left a message. Received a timely callback and he was out to our house, problem fixed within 4 hours. He gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone, which was very reasonable and that is exactly what it cost. I am beyond thrilled to have a new, pleasant, capable plumber.

Just as an aside, I was reticent to use Yelp again for a plumber. My last experience was not pleasant. I can wholeheartedly state that Delaney Plumbing erased all the bad feelings.
