My first experience was good, I had him come out to repair a copper pipe, he did that and discover that we had other issues. He was prompt, on his first visit, I will give him that much. I asked him to give us a quote and estimate to do the entire job, he said around three to four thousand dollars because he want to change it all to copper piping, and we had a couple of options, turn it in to the insurance company, pay him cash etc... I asked him to give me a quote in writing on August 30th he said he would, I asked again a week later if he was going to have a quote for me he said he would be working on it, still nothing, I asked again on September 11th if he was still planning on quoting this job for me, he came back with I have signed another remodel and 2 new heating systems. I will not be able to make the deadline for the repairs so I will have to bow out. Very disappointed in him. If he knew he couldn't make it, I wish he would have told me at the time I asked him to quote it, instead he made me wait two weeks and then told me.

I have had a problem with my heating system and called DeLage Plumbing and Heating. The response was fast, and the diagnosis of the problem was immediate. Although I live outside the area, the prices were fair and the work was excellent. I would highly recommend DeLage Plumbing and heating for any job - large or small.
