I had used Hernan and Del Mar Plumbing in the past when I had noticed a wet spot on the wall near my shower. Originally, I was told that I simply needed to buy a shower curtain with magnets on the bottom and the issue would be resolved. After I obliged these idiots, bought the shower curtain with magnets, and STILL had water damage, I insisted that they fix the problem. Apparently, Hernan told me, there WAS a leak from the main condo line that was causing the damage. He supposedly repaired it, but when I continued to have problems with my shower (months later) I caled him back and got major attitutde and defensive quips. I finally decided to call a different plumber and when he went to turn the shut-off valve for my unit, he informed me that there was major flooding underneath coming from a rusty 2 inch hole in the main line that was damaging the electrical lines. Great. Really, Del Mar? You didn't see this? Baloney.

Don't use these people. They suck and they have nasty attitudes. I ask the guy where the water is coming from all he says is I DONT KNOW. Dude figure it out, licensed professional for 30 years doesn't say I DONT KNOW. Guy sucks.

I used Delmar plumbing for a unit on my condo, first he was nice and went to the place fast, he cleaned the line below the unit but never cleaned the unit kitchen pipe from the inside. 3 days after the unit got flooded with dirty water coming from the kitchen pipe, when I called him to go back and fix it, he told me he would have to charge me again and that his job does not have warranty. Now I Understand why so many of my colleges told me never to use this company. I will not recomend it to anyone.

we had an emergency on a Saturday. He was on another job and promised to come ASAP. He arrived and fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and professionally at a reasonable fee. We will bw calling him again when the need arises.

I used Delmar pluming not only was he 2.5 hours late, did not communicate, very rude and condescending... I would not recommend.

Nearly got hit by a Del Mar van in Florida City. Driver had no regard for safety whatsoever. Never do business with them.
