A neighbor recommended Mike a few years ago to replace a toilet and bathroom faucet. He was very responsive and did the job professionally. Fast forward two years later and my water heater started leaking on a Saturday night. Texted Mike thinking he will see it Monday and get back to me. Nope...he responded right away. Gave me instructions on what I can do immediately to prevent water all over my garage and came first thing in the morning and replaced it. Don't get me wrong...he's a busy man. I was lucky to catch him when I did but that service goes a long way. He doesn't cut corners and knows what he is doing.
