Willie was fantastic! If there was 6 stars he'd get that. Not only was he prompt (on a Sat night), he was professional, personable, and explained everything. He worked hard and fixed our problem perfectly. This was our first experience with Del Air and because of Willie will always call them first.

Del-Air Heating & Air Condition is a company that cannot be trusted. I used Del-Air in the past because the company installed the A/C unit in our new home seven years ago. However, in June 2024 the company sent two technicians to fix my A/C unit. The A/C unit only needed to have the lines drained because I had this type of A/C problem before. Instead the technician added refrigerant to my A/C and charged me $299.00. Unfortunately, the added refrigerant did not take care of the problem. Approximately 2-hours later, we still did not have any Air blowing. I called Del-Air again and explained that the A/C problem was not fixed. The company sent the same technician back to my home that same day. The technician told me he drained and cleaned the line. In addition, he told me that we needed to wait 24 hours before the A/C air start blowing. I have owned several homes in my life time, and I never had someone tell me I needed to wait 24 hours before my A/C unit start working again. At this point I knew the technician was incompetent. Therefore, I contacted Del-Air again and the company sent two different technicians out the next day. These two technicians lied and stated they were going do a diagnostic inspection and fix my A/C unit. The technicians went outside to look at my Air and Heating system unit and Air Handler. Approximately, 30 minutes later they came back inside and told us we needed a complete new Air and Heating system. They tried to pressure us into purchasing a new A/C & Heating system for $22,000.00. As a result, they had no intentions on fixing our A/C unit. They were only there to sell us a new Air & Heating system. By this time, we were totally through with Del-Air. I contacted Del-Air business office and explained to them what had transpired and requested a refund for the $299.00 that I was charged for service not completed. Del-Air company refunded me my $299.00 a few days later. I contacted another Air Conditioner & Heating company. They sent a technician out that same day and he fixed my A/C unit in less than an hour. STAY AWAY FROM DEL-AIR HEATING.

From the beginning a nightmare. They ran wrong electrical wire that was too small (from the outside electric box to the HVAC); they had put in gauge10 and it should have been a gauge 8 wire according to their electrician (Chris). When they left a breaker inside house flipped and left a one whole room and 1/2 of another with no electricity for days. Del Air sent out an electrician (Chris) who found the wrong electric wire was run from outside electric box to air handler). He had repair people come out and replace a piece inside by the air handler to make up for the wire that was too small. That fixed this problem of the whole room outage. Then they left, I had another breaker flip. They sent a different electrician out and just LOOKED at the light switch and said it was a short (NOT!) in the light switch or outlet in living room (which was ALSO involved in the first breaker problem). I told him it was not (and if it was, they caused it). I have never had breakers flip! The first electrician called and said he'd come back out (that's been approximately 4 weeks ago) with something to show me it was a short (my problem to pay to have fixed; tearing wall out). They have yet to return and do anything about this breaker flipped. I reached out to the first electrician about coming back out, by text several times and no reply. I called in 2-3 """"escalations"""" that I've been told that each goes to 4 managers. Still, no one has reached me. I still have a breaker flipped. Also, they left my insider electric box with 'blanks' in the place of where 2 breaker switches used to be. One blank is lose and falling out. My inside electric box was left without what breakers service what now. I know they are going to try to tell you it's a short which I know it is not. This 'so called short' was caused by the original wrong wire being installed. Realize that this outlet/switch is the SAME outlet that was involved in the FIRST breaker flip. A big coincidence that is now a short and is my problem (as Chris, the first electrician, basically said).

My husband scheduled an appointment for an electrical repair. The appointment was between 8 and 12 on Tuesday. At 4PM he received a call telling my husband the worker went home sick. The scheduler made an appointment for early morning on Friday, the Electrician showed up late afternoon and told my husband he would be back early Monday morning with the part he needed. He never received a phone call confirming or cancelling the appointment. My husband made several phone calls to Del Air, the scheduler had the same canned script telling my husband that they would escalate his concern to a supervisor, or transfer his call only to be hung up on, and or the call never returned. It his now Wednesday, and we have not received a call from Del Air. This concerns both of us because Del Air has been servicing our air conditioner for a couple years now, and if their customer service has sunk to this level of incompetence and indifference it may be time to move on. I heard the Frank Gay commercial today on the radio and the commercial captured his experience.

Called them for annual service and they never showed. Guess it's for the best. Last time here they tried to burn my lungs with chlorine gas. I guess they don't teach that drain cleaner on top of bleach thing at this place. Now to see if they refund me for services not provided.
