Del Air has always demonstrated professionalism at every level of contact and service. Additionally their follow up on service calls as well as regular maintenance and scheduling is outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service of their HVAC or installation of new units. An additional observation - when the city inspector checked the new units when installed as soon as he saw the installation was done by Del Air, he stated """"I never have found anything wrong with any of their work. The 24 hrs / 7-day consumer value proposition is a lie. Rang them twice on Sunday between 9 AM & 9:30 with not even an answering machine (smaller companies have answering systems).

Del-Air has professional, courteous and knowledgeable technicians. Our recent visit from Del-Air was for preventive maintenance. The Del-Air technician was Lonny. He answered all our questions, provided excellent information on our AC system that actually increased its efficiency in cooling all areas of the house. We have now used them regularly for years and all times have been fully satisfied. Recommend!

Will never use again Crooks They told me on the phone it would be 69.00 for a tune up on our air conditioner and when the guy got here he said it would be 79.95 Also Our air conditioner is 2 yrs old and I was charged 97.00 for small plastic safety piece that should have been 10.00 and covered under warranty Then the tech installed it in 5 min and left all the wiring hanging loose which I had to fix because he didn't have plastic ties in his truck To top it off he left without putting the screws back in the air conditioner and the cover fell off after he left and bent the corner So I had to put all the screws back in my self NEVER AGAIN will I call these idiots !

Del air did the electronic to my house which was built by Pulte homes. At Christmas time we put up some lights and half my house went out! Pulte sent someone out to my house to check things out. The guy did not speak english, and refused to look at anything. They sent anther guy out and he changed an outlet and said it was fixed. I plugged on 1 light and the house went dark again. His answer was don't use any lights! I called pulte and told them to get someone else from another compnay. They sent someone else out and that guy found a wire that was cut in the attic and was shorting out the entire right side of my house. They said it could have burned the house down. I called del air back and they so called manager told me owell get over it! Then they wanted to bill me! Just a piss poor company. Stay away from them.
