They scheduled an appointment for between 2-4. No show. Called them and they said my appointment is between 4-6. Still no show. Call them back said my appointment is for August 15. Which is almost a month out and hung up Call back and spoke to another person. She said she would have someone out next between 6-8pm. Guess what? Another no show. Don't rely on them. They are money grabbing company with no regard for their customer. Disgraceful Company.

Del Air misleads their customer's. Just like most large organizations they are good when everything is working well but when things start to break down they show their true colors. We had a service call last Saturday and they found a bad blower and the tech told my mom he would be back early MONDAY morning to replace it because they did not have it in stock. My mom was under the impression she was also getting the preventative maintenance which should have found a leak in the coil but according to the condescending rep she only got a service call. So now this week the air goes out again and again a service call on Saturday and the part won't come in until Monday, by which the condescending rep said they would call when a tech will come to replace the coils. However, my mom wasn't told the tech wouldn't be out until Tuesday and there is no time frame to go by, so again a day has to be wasted waiting with a house 90 degrees in the summer. This is really bad service for someone who is diabetic, asthmatic and has hypertension and has needed to wait around for a tech that was never going to show. This company has poor customer service and poor communication!!

Don't bother. They take forever to get things done from a repair to call you back schedule an appointment. They are very pricy!

First, this happened a while ago, but I had scheduled an A/C maintenance for the early afternoon on a given day. I made sure I was home and available for the appt., but after several hours I was concerned no one showed. I called the company and found out that just because you book for the afternoon does not mean they will show up then. They ended up showing around 9-10pm! I was furious. I understand that they need a flexibility window, but the possibility of arriving that late is really inexcusable. Cancelled service immediately! Switched to a mom and pop shop now and loving it!

We have been Del-Air customers for over 18 years, we purchased new units from them, they installed and have maintained them since the beginning. You wont find a more knowledgeable group of service techs, who are forthright in their care with keeping the customer abreast of everything to do with the AC units. We had them out today for an issue, techs told us they would be at our home at 8, and arrived at 8. Love it. They fixed our issue quickly and cost effectively. True pleasure to have a service provider who is this good.

Bought a brand new $24,101 unit from them this week and it has never worked properly. They have been out here five times and now the coil and condenser are frozen. This shouldn't happen on a brand new top-of-the-line unit. Unacceptable. They only carry Lennox.

Absolutely TRASH company. It's been over a week since they told us they were coming out. Every day of the week they told us they'd be here. Just to NOT call us to tell us that they'd NOT be coming. We would call the next day and they'd say, oh sorry, we'll escalate your case and be there tonight. Over and over for a week. All of this at the end of summer, 5 children in the house with no A.C. They also spent the whole time they were here day one trying to sell us on a 20k dollar system rather than just ordering the part we needed. They told us all they had were 18-20 thousand dollar systems. Once we couldn't get financed for that, magically, they had 10 thousand dollar systems all of the sudden. When THAT finance wouldn't go through, MAGICALLY, they found the part... A week later and we are STILL calling them to get the part installed. An install that is costing us $1300... Trash company. DO NOT use them. I was told by half a dozen people to avoid this company and I should have listened. Do yourself a favor. Find someone else.

This is the company we used to replace our HVAC unit. We called for a quote on a Saturday morning, and two hours later a very professional, no BS guy showed up and just gave us the facts. He didn't slam his competitors, though he did talk to us about the quality of various AC units and the benefits of all of them. He gave us two different options, one a bit more expensive than the other. The more expensive unit helped control humidity. He did not try to convince us to go with that option, though. He didn't up-sell us. He was just very confident about his price and his product. They came out the next Friday and installed the unit. It's quiet, the installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves, and Del-Air even handled the manufacture's rebate for us.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our ac unit died last year. We had them replace it and there was an issue during install and had, no joke, 7 guys in my house until 12am!. About 11 months in the unit wires inside melted. Luckily we smelled it and cut the wires before it burnt down my house. We called them to come out and never showed up. Called them again and they finally came the day after. When we called the owner of the company, he told me they were sending out their best guy who he spoke to, and he knew exactly what was going on and that he was going to fix it for us. When the guy got here, he had absolutely no idea why he was here, and I had to explain to him again what the issue was. The guy was here for hours trying to figure out why it melted. Finally got it up and running and we were happy. ONE WEEK LATER and now out of warranty, the AC dies again. This time, unfortunately, we were out of town but my adult son was here. We called them to come out and again, they didn't show up when they said they would. They finally came 2 days later, mind you it was 107 with the heat index outside, he was miserable. They fixed it again and tried to charge us $250, which is ridiculous. I get that we're out of warranty, but this was them, fixing whatever issues they cause during warranty work, which I don't feel we should have to pay for, thats absolutely ridiculous. Sadly, we're still having issues with the AC unit, but they're small things that my husband knows how to deal with, but I will never use them again for any other AC that I have in my home, and I will never recommend them to anyone. An AC unit, a brand new one at that, should not only last year.. I feel like every time they come, they put a bandaid on it and they aren't actually fixing the issue.

Only want to install and couldn't care less beyond that. Do yourself a favor and try someone else.
