On the day of installation they complained that they could not run new copper because it was too much work. They already tore my old system apart and John Aldrich agreed to reimburse me $400 because they weren't going to do it. Even though I was told that a new copper run was closer to $1000 of the installation. I agreed because I was stuck but going on a month and several voice mails, still no refund. Funny how they respond instantly when you're buying and start screening your calls when they are not making money. I will be making a forms complaint with BBB but if you're going to be suckered in with this company. Don't work with John Aldrich.

My AC unit stopped working early this morning I called Della I bought the system from them for years ago I have an extended warranty and it had to do with the mechanical issue a****** technician came and said it's a maintenance issue and charge me a hundred and sixty bucks before even looking at the AC unit before even cutting charged me why baby cuz I'm a gringo maybe that's why he thinks I'm a gringo and you can take advantage of me I called Bel-Air if it's a supervisor supervisor hasn't called me back yet I want the reimbursement of 160 bucks for something that had nothing to do with doing maintenance to it and the reason I know that because the last technician show me how to do the maintenance to save me money so that was done and all of a sudden he comes here and now

I have used this company for many years and they have always been great. I just got a quote for a new house that I'm remodeling and it was by far the best bid and the most professional approach. I have purchased a few units from them before and they've always provide a great service.

Our neighbor let us all know (77 neighborhoods) that Del-Air would not come out to their home with an active case of Covid. The person who was sick is a police officer! Some neighbors offered a portable unit & one offered to come by after work to help. I will NEVER use this company.

Just put in a brand new hvac system. Spent lots of money for an upgraded efficient model. After only 1 week the system stopped working. Called 24 hour service and after 3 hours still no call back . The people answering the phone cannot even find the technicians. They now are saying after 3 hours I should get a call by 8;00am. I will not hold my breath. Plan on having them remove this system and provide a basic system that works more then a week

I had my Carrier unit tuned up and a UV light installed October 14th. On January 10th, our heat stopped working. Del-Air wants to charge me to come out and fix something less than 3 months after a tune up. Beyond frustrating & bad business!

Worst customer service ever! They are patronizing and rude on the phone and their service technician seems to try very hard to sell unnecessary things to the unsuspecting customer. I don't plan on renewing my annual contract with them after this year is up.

First, this happened a while ago, but I had scheduled an A/C maintenance for the early afternoon on a given day. I made sure I was home and available for the appt., but after several hours I was concerned no one showed. I called the company and found out that just because you book for the afternoon does not mean they will show up then. They ended up showing around 9-10pm! I was furious. I understand that they need a flexibility window, but the possibility of arriving that late is really inexcusable. Cancelled service immediately! Switched to a mom and pop shop now and loving it!

Hired De-Air to install new air handler and compressor. The salesman offered a high price, but I was able to negotiate a better price. He mentioned the installers would inspect the air ducts in my attic since my system was old and I was getting all new equipment inside and out. Two installers arrived and were upset that the work was greater than the salesman had written. They told me that they would not even look at my air ducts. At a later inspection, it was discovered that I had many holes and tears in the air ducts. I spent countless dollars heating and cooling my attic! Also extra wear and tear on my unit with added humidity in the system. The air handler has also mold/mildew growing on it that is difficult to remove. I called numerous times to complain what happened and never received a call back to solve the matter. My brother in law also had some issues with Del Air at his home. Also, disappointed that we were sold a unit that uses proprietary filters that can't be purchased locally. The odd size needs to be purchased online or direct from Del-Air!
