Update on DelAir customer service. They were not able to complete our repair the evening they came, so said they would reschedule a time to come back. They told us they'd be here today """"after 12 noon"""". Waited all day. No one showed up. Called service dept and was told the tech had weather delays and wouldn't be here tonight. I asked why the tech didn't call us to let us know he wasn't coming. She said they """"were in the process of texting"""" people to let them know. Won't be holding my breath for that text! Poor communication from the company, beware!

I called because our AC unit was leaking. The tech who came out was polite and professional. The leak stopped for about 2 days. In the meantime, I had been calling them to replace the UV light. I have NOT had a response in 5 days, after the issue supposedly being """"escalated"""" to supervisors three times! Extremely poor customer service. This company has really gone downhill. I would advise looking elsewhere. They had installed a new unit in my brand new home years ago. it stopped working in 6 months. They had to replace it because of the homebuilder. Now I think differently of that issue too.

I'm not sure why they aren't rated any higher. I've had a maintenance contract for over 20 years, and let it lapse a few months accidentally. Today, my AC is running perfectly and they allowed me to use my maintenance contract for this visit which saved me a lot of money. I've never had a bad tech. Oftentimes with the maintenance, they would find something that could be an issue and fixed without charge because of the plan. Every time I had service, the techs were kind, prompt and helpful. Never once did I have a bad experience. Do I like paying for new parts for a 14+ year old unit? No, but who does like paying for unexpected repairs.

4 months delay in delivering the AC without a word or an alternative plan. we did all the summer without AC: this is DEL AIR. Stay away from them.

I'm the owner of a new AC unit you installed that has never worked. Poor customer service, technicians with attitude and unresponsive service department. It has been a week since it was installed.

There review are not that good for me be buying air conditioning service from them no company has a zero percent rate on their service but for a air conditioning company usually are rate needs to be on point for high end service

August of 2020 I purchased a 16 Seer Trane 3 ton inside and outside air conditioning we are now a year-and-a-half in and the capacitor most likely is not working. Who pays $5,500 that's a lot of money and their product stops working in less than two years that's pretty lame. Then they say it's $100 a visit and it's about $100 to change the capacitor which you know doesn't take that long. My unit is not blowing cool air it's just blowing air I know it's the capacitor I will find someone else to fix it. The parts are under warranty but these people literally are not held liable for units that are expensive and fail in a very short amount of time. Really disappointed

I truly believe they overcharged me for service on a A/C just 2 years old. Almosr $1,200.00 for service that other well known companies claim should be half that amount. Be extremely carefull dealing with this company..

Called them last week about a problem with a bad smell coming from New AC unit, and to set up a maintenance plan. Today was to be first visit -- they waited until 15 min after the appointment window began to call and tell me they're too busy, they needed to cancel. This after I changed my schedule around to accommodate them. Canceling the first visit means I'm looking next for a company which shows up when it says it will.

These people charged for items that were not authorized. Flat out stealing. I was a good customer. 5 new complete air conditioning systems and bi-yearly service. I have no idea what happened to good business anymore. I think if you look at the 117 reviews they have, that average to 2 stars, you will run away! I am. Then I get a call from a very nasty woman named Rachel, stating that I owe a cancellation fee for something I never agreed to. Just audacity at it's worst. Did I mention she was very nasty? Good luck guys, if that is how you treat a good customer, may God help the bad ones. $50,000 that I paid them for all the stuff I had done. Imagine them starting a fight with a customer like me. I am reporting their business practice to the Florida Attorney General. It is 100% illegal to bill a credit card without permission. They will be forced to respond to unauthorized charges they are attempting to collect. See you in court Rachel. She will be cited by name.
