Mike continues to provide five-star service with a cheerful attitude. He helped us out with a water leak emergency on a Sunday. He's very conscientious about cleaning up. He works very efficiently, which was much appreciated when paying weekend rates. He loves our pet tortoise and always has a kind word for her. We are very grateful to have found such a skilled plumber with his own business.

Mike is a God among plumbers!Our toilet cracked at the base and with two small kids, being down one toilet was a crisis. Mike made time in his busy schedule to come out to install a new toilet. In classic fashion, the new toilet we purchased from a big box store before hand had a cracked base in the box as well, so Mike went with the flow and rescheduled mid job while I got another toilet. Mike was punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get our toilet back up quickly. Highly recommended!

HANDS DOWN BEST PLUMBER! Mike came out about a year ago to fix issues a different plumber made in our kitchen. He moved a gas line and changed out all piping under our kitchen sink. Fast forward to today on a Saturday I called Mike at 9:30am because we smelt gas. Mike was in his Pj's but didn't think twice about getting up getting dressed and coming to fix the problem. ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE US! Best plumber in the business! Give him a call!

We had Mike come out to re-route a leaky gas pipe that went to the dryer. He jumped under the house, did his thing and hours later we had our dryer working again. He knows his stuff and he's now our guy for any plumbing needs. You don't need to look anywhere else. Thanks for the help Mike!

It one word: excellent! I realized my water heater had died less than two days before the start of a long holiday weekend. Mike diagnosed the problem over the phone, had me text a photo of its sticker info to make sure he could get the correct part, and arrived less than 24 hrs later to quickly fix it.

I thought I was up on long-term home maintenance ""rituals"" but had not been vacuuming the vents, which was part of why it died. I did know that i should have been flushing it yearly, which I had not, and he advised me at this late point not to start, as it could lead to more problems such as not being able to shut-off the outlet valve due to a build-up of minerals. Each piece of advice speaks to his integrity.

The first time I hired Mike was to replace a toilet with a new Kohler Cimarron. He came on time, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was respectful of Covid requirements and respectful of our home with pads and foot protections... and he did it fast, right at an excellent rate. It's been a few months now and the toilet works great and there are no issues.

During the installation, I also had a tutorial on how to get those toilets installed correctly and what not to do. Thanks for the lesson. Appreciated!

Since then, I called him for an emergency leak under my kitchen sink and he was able to find time to come fast and get it fixed. He corrected the original plumbing which was done wrong by the previous handyman. Now I know it is done right!

I will certainly keep him in mind for when I plan to update my bathrooms.

We were contacted by the City of Santa Rosa to let us know that we were using water continuously - after doing a little research on yelp I called DeJusto plumbing and I was not disappointed, Mike was extremely helpful. He explained what we needed to do and he came and fix the problem once the location of the leak was identified.

Worked with Mike recently on a kitchen sink repair. Got bids from several plumbers. His was the best by far. Mike returned calls promptly, was up front and clear about the costs involved, and his estimate was accurate. No surprise ""installation kits"", manufactured reasons for second visits, or other add-ons I've run into with other contractors.

He arrived on time, did excellent work, and left things looking better than when he got there.

He's my go-to, for plumbing issues now. I highly recommend him.
