Great bunch of guys. Can't say enough about the work that was done. Installed new central air and water heater. Michael, Derrick and Jack were very professional, friendly and got the job done. The office staff kept me updated on who would be arriving (they sent me pictures of their ids) and when they would arrive. Would highly recommend their service.

One of your drivers almost caused a huge accident between a semi when it decided to cut off people while entering the freeway!!! Not sure about your other services but if you are in too big of a hurry to get where you are going that you're willing to cause an accident I don't want you in my home.

I decided to give DeHart a chance when I learned they had merged with Powell, the HVAC service we used to use. I was very happy with the experience, beginning with calling to make the appointment for an annual inspection. A friendly, efficient person answered promptly. The tech, Michael, arrived on time and cheerfully moved his vehicle when I asked him to. He is friendly and loves dogs but stayed focused on the job the whole time. He explained what he did with our HVAC system and what to expect as it ages. He answered all of my many questions. I definitely will call them the next time I have a problem with the heater, AC, or plumbing.

Our heater went out two days ago and of course this weekend supposed to cool down. Having a four months old at home, needless to say I wanted someone to check it out right away. Called around and other companies were either too expensive or had no availability till next week. When I called Powell, Courtney said they might be able to get someone there in the afternoon. Thank God they did. Their technician got to the house around 6:30pm on Friday, but he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. It was the flame sensor. My wife was at home at the time, but she said the technician, Michael, was professional and very helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions. At the end we paid $178, the trip charge being $89 on its own. We find that price to be reasonable, especially on a last minute order. Overall great experience, we'll be signing up to their yearly maintenance plan for sure.

Recently, my furnace stopped working and I called Powell for help. They came when they said they would, calling first to let me know the tech was on his way. Dion was friendly, informative and obviously knew what he was doing. In the nicest way possible he told me I would need to replace my furnace at some point in the future (which I already knew).

The fix was a relatively simple one and quickly I had heat again. Dion told me about their Service Plan, which I found to be very worthwhile and purchased. I would not hesitate to emphatically recommend Powell to others.

They replaced an old Bryant system with a new and much more efficient one. It worked perfectly through the heating season and now has proven its cooling capabilities. We liked the personal attention from the estimates, quotation, to the installation. We especially like how quietly the heating and cooling happens.

Great service! Called in the morning and had a technician out the same day. Our tech (Monte) was professional; he finished the job quick, answered our questions, made recommendations, and didn't try to up sell us some extended service warranty. I definitely recommend these guys and will be using them for future service.
