I had DeHart out for plumbing maintenance advice yesterday as a follow-up to inspect under our house.

Nick was very thorough and suggested a couple repair items during his visit. After agreeing on the repairs, Nick was able to schedule his return today to perform the work. Nick was both knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend DeHart to anyone in need of plumbing work.

failed w. heater maintenance, panel left open. plus 2021/12/11 charged $249 but failed to unclog, no camera, proposed $5,000 to replace drain pipes, demanded to not use water for 3 weeks. yet other company unclogged 2 days later used camera & city modesto confirmed was city problem. city repaired city root problem * added extra l drain to reach city lines. my drain lines were cleaned out, no need for extra pipes. city confirmed.

Excellent work! Very professional. Great communication to confirm the install appointment and then again when the technician was on his way. He was on time and had our water heater installed and working in a few hours.

I was charged $162 dollars and my issue was not resolved, they replaced a part that it wasnt the problem.

I believe the young mans name was Matthew. He was very professional and courteous. The capacitor was bad so he installed a better one he inspected the rest of the unit and got a thumbs up. I should gendered up for a yearly maintenance and received a discount for the repairthanks for the timely response and good work

We had our initial service completed at the end of May... we had an electrician come out weeks later to install an outlet incorrectly and then had him come back out 3 weeks later to fix it just for him to walk away having done NOTHING. saying it couldn't be fixed... my husband a day later fixed it with no issues... to code.... today we were SUPPOSED to have our vents replaced to square ones. We were notified by text message the morning of that no one was coming. I immediately called from my husband's phone and got voice-mail. I asked for a call back to verify and got NOTHING. I texted going for a response and got NOTHING. called again from my phone and it went STRAIGHT TO VOICE-MAIL! Called immediately from my work phone and It rang, but once again VOICE-MAIL..... so I left another message asking politely for a call back and got one again....... NOTHING!!!

If I could give 0 stars rift now I would for lack of communication. We've been pushed back and brushed off. We've been patient and polite and I'm done. I'm so mad!

My original review was not positive based on communications. We received a call from our sales person, Dan, who sent pictures of what was in our attic. It matched what was taken out. He also apologized for the interactions we had during the installations.

Yes, I'm pleased with the outcome, but when I reach out to owners of a company, I do not expect to be ignored. At the very least, communication that we will receive follow-up from a member of their staff, which in this case was Dan, would have gone a long way and would have been appreciated.

Communication is extremely important. There are ways to communicate negative information in a positive manner.

This review is specifically for Deon who went above and beyond our expectations! We had Honey's Air and Solar come out to quote us for some projects and literally the day after coming, our Motor blew on our HVAC, terrible coincidence. We called them back out, they diagnosed the issue and then sent a Sales Person to our Home for a New Unit instead of asking if we wanted to repair and scheduling a date. I decided to call DeHart and Deon came out, arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, gave us the options and pricing of repair vs. replacement. Upon our request, quoted us to replace all of our ducts, seal, remove insulation, replace insulation, new venting system etc. for literally 1/2 of what Honey's was quoting. He even told us about a bunch of rebates through MID and PG&E which saved us over $1000. If I could give more Stars for Deon I would, he was absolutely amazing. I'm only hoping the work and follow-ups exceed our expectations the way that he did. Thank you!
