Had our Bryant furnace and air conditioning unit serviced (yearly inspection cleaning) today. Excellent service, very knowledgeable efficient employee. Recommend their company, suggest you look up all that they offer for your home.

Very expensive repair today. A simple capacitor in the condenser which is available from Grainger or Johnstone Supply for around 40 dollars. My price today 263 dollar total. I understand labor is on the expensive side, however my assumption at the time was parts can be expensive also so I went through with having it repaired without research about a part I could have easily replaced myself.

Thank you DeHart for your help! I know it's so hot and I'm sure you are swamped with non-stop phone calls. I appreciate that Linda worked to fit us in as soon as she could. I knew when I called that they were busy, and I was surprised at their level of effort and concern to come out as soon as they could. THANK YOU! You guys have a tough job in this summer heat - you're heros to us sweltering in houses with broken AC's! If you need AC help - call DeHart. They will do their very best to meet you need.

DeHart came out to my house last Wednesday for a routine maintenance. At that time Gilbert informed us that our heater was not working (big surprise it worked the day before) due to the control board being bad and not telling the gas valve to open. DeHart sent Dan out the next day who was at our house for 15 minutes and said we would need a whole new unit. I could not believe this since everything worked before they came out.
On Friday I had another company come out to take a look. Their service technician tested the control board and found that it was working properly. He then began tracing all of the wires and found that DeHart had disconnected a wire and placed it under the filter. He also showed me how they had no properly cleaned my unit and proceed to take care of it for me. My heater and air conditioner has worked great since then.
I will not be recommending DeHart.

This past week, DeHart installed a complete new A/C & heating system to replace the one they had installed back in 1993. I could have just replaced a single (but expensive $2,200) part, but given the age of the system, the availability of 2 utility rebates (MID and PG&E), and a reasonable quote for additional work I wanted done, I asked them to upgrade other things as well. That included cleaning my air ducts, installing attic insulation to bring it up to R44 specifications (big improvement from the original old insulation that was installed when the house was new in 1977), and sealing my ducts and adding foil tape at my vents to reduce air leakage and dirt infiltration. I also decided to replace my 16-year-old water heater with a higher efficiency one from Rheem. I bought that myself, as well as new water and gas lines and valves, and DeHart charged me a reasonable amount to install it for me. Though that was something I could have done myself, they quoted a reasonable, reduced charge since their workers were going to be on-site and working in the same garage utility closet anyway, so I opted to save my back and let them do it. The entire job was spread over 3 days and done in such a way as to minimize the hours without A/C, which was welcome given that it was a very hot week. Tim and John did the A/C equipment installation and duct work, as well as water heater installation. Tony, Jonathan, and Mike (of Greenhart) did the attic insulation. All of them were very professional and used tarps and booties to minimize dirt and debris. My wife and I are very happy with the work and though it's still too early to see what effects all of this will have on our energy bills, I'm confident that we'll be glad we did it as we plan to live here for many more years. Finally, I'd like to say thanks to our main contact (Mike) at DeHart, who met with us before and after the work to explain our options, develop the quote, and to do a post-work review to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Overall, it was a great experience and I recommend you consider them for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

We just had DeHart come to the house to check our air handling system to make sure the heating and air conditioning was working properly. The Greenhart team of Troy and Johnathan did a fantastic job INCLUDING the clean up. They not only checked all the air lines throughout the house, but they blew new insulation in the attic to help with heat control. They were here at 7:00 am and worked until 3:15 pm. Great Work Price was sweet as well. They also have a referral plan you might ask about

Dehart installed a furnace and a/c unit at my house. I found the installers to be serious workers and technically knowledge. They arrived on time and completed the install when promised. I then hired dehart to install a new water heater. I had the same good experience. They have earned their reputation and am happy to recommend them to you.

DeHart performed both heating/air maintenance and insulation installation at my home and I am very pleased. Will continue to use them for regular maintenance and repair. Also, it's 105 degrees outside right now and the new insulation is working WONDERFULLY!

After shopping around on Yelp...I called two other plumbers and found a big difference in service fees! I just needed a professional opinion on my water heater, so another company was $50 more and another company couldn't even come out for four days!
Lucking I found DeHarts on Yelp and when I called, they scheduled me right away and were still the best price I could find. Nevertheless, I should have started with DeHarts!
Sometimes I think the smaller companies will be more reasonable...but apparently not in this case!
Thanks YELP and DEHART!

I have used their services twice. Once for a plumbing issue, a leak by the water meter beneath my driveway. I am very pleased with how professional everyone is at DeHart....from my phone call to the actual repair. Because of this I signed on for their heating and air conditioning maintenance contract. Once again, I am very pleased and feel I am in good hands
