Was quoted a price over yelp after I explained what needed to be done. They told me they had a special for $89. I set the appointment for a few days out. Technician came out and quoted $315. There was no mis communication and everything was explained on both ends. I have a snake, just didn't want to deal with it during the week, with work. I explained to the office and she read our text exchange and still would not honor the original price of $89. They wanted $315 to snake a drain. I ended up snaking the line myself, it literally took me 20 minutes and I'm no pro. A professional could have done it quicker. I wouldn't do business with this outfit. I guess I should have taken their 3 star status on yelp more seriously. I figured something simple would be ok. A company that gives you a quote, should honor that quote, even if they make a mistake. It's bad business to not!

CROOKS - came out today to my home to do an inspection. Within 5 minutes of the technician leaving my water heater was pouring water out into my garage (I know it is due to be replaced). But the only reason it needs to be replaced TODAY is because of something they did. Shady!!! It is getting replaced today but definitely NOT by DeHart.

DeHarts Can't find me in System because I did Not want any excuses, Flack nor ""Blow Back"" from them nor other Heat/AC nor Plumbers. I stand by my NEGATIVE REVIEW. It was ACCURATE & TRUTHFUL!

Thanks guys! The guy who came out for the quote was very helpful, informative and educated on what units to pick from and also helpful in the final decision. The guys doing the install were timely, friendly , and very attentive to cleaning the work areas afterward. Thanks again guys we will be returning for future hvac stuff!

We had some issues with our AC & heating system, so we called DeHart to check into it. Dean came for service check. He was very thorough and suggested that we should get a new furnace and AC installed. Our heating system was not working at all & it was getting very cold in the house, so we requested for the next day installation. They accommodated our request & got us on their schedule the next day. They showed up on time, and got the job done. They're professional & courteous. Thank you to the entire team, esp. Dean for all your help.

I will not use this business again. Scheduled an appointment. Was quoted $89, and was told they would arrive 1-5pm. 5pm showed up - no show. Called their office and was told ""He's picking up parts and will be there shortly"". I then received a call sy 6:00 stating ""they are on the way"". Tech arrived at 6:30. Was then quoted $407 - to snake a line! That's it. One clog. No thanks. Too many other options to choose from. I'll go elsewhere.

the price of their hvac is the highest in the area. took 4 days to install. then they wanted more money to install a gas line. 4 months to get an inspection. Dehart has left me to complete the hvac, on my own. I don't recommend dealing with Dehart, they'll take more than what was bid...

Scheduled an appointment on Monday June 26, 2023 (AC not working properly). The incompetent technician came out, was at our home for maybe 20 to 25 minutes, then preceded to tell me that our ENTIRE home A/C unit was completely shot. I told him it was a system over 20 years old, and would have to contact my home warranty company and he preceded to tell me that it could no longer be replaced and gave me an estimate of $16,681.00 for a new system and told me that they finance, etc. etc.

After 21 days of horrible heat (not to mention the extra $1,000.00 bucks we spent on portable a/c units and fans), had a reliable A/C guy (now a close friend of the family) come out, spent 15 minutes replaced the A/C capacitor (which happened to be completely CUT from my system), cleaned the vents, and our home has been a steady 76 degrees since then.

Would not recommend this locally owned company for NOTHING matter of fact, I tell EVERYONE I come across that this company did us wrong like this...

Always get a second opinion, these guys are horrible!

A/C went out weeks ago. Yes. Weeks. Service came out couldn't solve the issue. Charged 250$ (even on the love plan). Another technician came out 2 days later to again, not solve the issue. Ordered a part THAT TOOK OVER A WEEK to arrive. Ever heard of 1 day shipping after I spent thousands on a NEW A/C less than 5 years ago? Guess not. Issue still yet to be resolved. No temporary cooling or any help provided by Dehart. I've had to call and follow up every time to set an appointment just to be put days away on the schedule even though I've already been out of air conditioner for 3 weeks in the hottest part of the summer. Service guys are kind and helpful but other than that the service the company as a whole provide is extremely poor. It's apparent they have their bases covered in profit and no longer stress service and speed like the good ole days. Think twice about spending thousands or even getting stuff serviced by this company.

We had all new furnace and AC installed two years ago and signed up for the semi-annual checkup. Since that time we've been very pleased with how professional and courteous all of sales and service people have been each time they come out to our home. Our latest service rep was Jason. He came out to do the pre summer checkup and he was very polite, friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. We highly recommend DeHart for all your heating and AC needs.
