The ""work"" I had done was in September of last year. I just noticed that I never completed this review. I complete it now because I feel it's important that people are educated when making a decision that may result in high invoices. Simple repairs were dragged out over months. ""They"" created two (2) water leaks during their repairs; one on a hard wood floor the other on tile but effected wood floor boards. During several rescheduled appointments, the majority of the time Dennis was anywhere from 1 to 3 1/2 hours late. Once, after being 2 hours late, Dennis texted me that he was going to stop for lunch and would be here afterwards. After 3 1/2 hours Dennis showed up with a grade schooler, without my authorization, that I needed to entertain after I had just gotten out of the hospital. All communication is done via text. One scheduled visit was to install new faucets that he agreed to purchase. When he arrived to install, he had no memory that he had agreed to obtain the materials. When I was quoted information from his employee/partner that was contradictory to what he said, he said he has worked with this [Hispanic} employee for 15 years, but blamed a ""communication barrier"". Please remember, I was being charged for each house visit. After several problems, incorrect estimates, missed appointments I asked for a written estimate. He refused, saying that everything would be fair and we would never need to fuss over the invoice. He ended up not finishing the job that he agreed to. The work that was done was shoddy. I had to hire an additional plumb company to finish the work. Proceed with caution.

Hands down, no other plumbing company can even touch DeGeorge in terms of quality, professionalism, patience, timeliness, respect for your home and commitment to solve your plumbing issues. When they do a job, they back their work 1000% and check back to make sure all is done to expectation. I won't ever use another plumbing company. Neither should you!

Let me first say that the work was fantastic. I had a guy here working for about an hour and he did a wonderful job. However, I'm very unsatisfied with the billing process.

I had a pipe leaking, so I called Degorge plumbing. The owner and 1 worker came over right away. After inspecting the leak, the owner left rather quickly. Before the work started, I asked the worker how much it would cost...he didn't know. I called the owner, no answer. I texted the owner, no answer. Because of the leak, I didn't really have a choice but to have the worker start fixing. A few days later I received a bill via email for a extremely high amount. It was higher than my lawyer's hourly rate. I strongly disagreed with the bill, but I paid it anyways.

I've had the same experience with Locksmiths. They like to come over, unlock your door really quickly before discussing pricing, and then bill you an exorbitant amount for a small amount of time.

I'm going to give the owner the benefit of the doubt and assume that he wasn't dishonest by rushing out of the house before quoting me a price. However, I do believe that its bad business practice, and its something that they should work on in the future.

Wow! Can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Our water heater started leaking right before going out of town later that day. We got an immediate response and he was at our house within an hour. Evaluated the situation, gave us several options for the fix, along with cost. We wound up replacing our water heater, and the entire operation was completed in a couple of hours. The man who came to do the work was clean, polite, and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again and again!

These guys were awesome. They not only replaced our entire bathroom when we bought our home, they finished it AHEAD of schedule. we will be calling them for all plumbing needs moving forward.

Professional service. Very satisfied. I purchased a new bathroom sink and faucet from Amazon and called De George to install it. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent installation. When they finished, everything was spotless.

I was initially very satisfied with my experience with Degeorge Plumbing. They were pretty responsive and I was able to get an appointment in about a week. Everything was great until I saw the bill (for approx 20 minutes worth of work). It came out to over 200 bucks! I was a bit shocked since the two plumbers who came over to fix my leaky faucet didn't mention it would be that expensive to replace a very small part. Pretty sure I was robbed! At least my faucet doesn't drip anymore.

I definitely will be looking for another plumber elsewhere... I have LOTS more work to be done for somebody out there with a better price...

Dennis has a great attitude and is so friendly and courteous. I called from out of town to arrange a fix for a leaking garbage disposal and he was able to schedule the time right away and do great work the first time. He really listens and he clearly believes in putting the customer first. I will continue to hire him for all of my plumbing needs and happily refer him to others as well.

We had an under slab leak. If you could only imagine the shock and fear that causes, but Dennis and his crew quickly made us feel relaxed. He was here quickly did what he said he was going to do, did it when he said he was, and did it for the price he said. They are really nice guys, in fact they had to do some work when we weren't home and there were no problems with that. I highly recommend DeGeorge plumbing.
