Let me first say that the work was fantastic. I had a guy here working for about an hour and he did a wonderful job. However, I'm very unsatisfied with the billing process.

I had a pipe leaking, so I called Degorge plumbing. The owner and 1 worker came over right away. After inspecting the leak, the owner left rather quickly. Before the work started, I asked the worker how much it would cost...he didn't know. I called the owner, no answer. I texted the owner, no answer. Because of the leak, I didn't really have a choice but to have the worker start fixing. A few days later I received a bill via email for a extremely high amount. It was higher than my lawyer's hourly rate. I strongly disagreed with the bill, but I paid it anyways.

I've had the same experience with Locksmiths. They like to come over, unlock your door really quickly before discussing pricing, and then bill you an exorbitant amount for a small amount of time.

I'm going to give the owner the benefit of the doubt and assume that he wasn't dishonest by rushing out of the house before quoting me a price. However, I do believe that its bad business practice, and its something that they should work on in the future.

Wow! Can't say enough wonderful things about this company. Our water heater started leaking right before going out of town later that day. We got an immediate response and he was at our house within an hour. Evaluated the situation, gave us several options for the fix, along with cost. We wound up replacing our water heater, and the entire operation was completed in a couple of hours. The man who came to do the work was clean, polite, and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again and again!

Professional service. Very satisfied. I purchased a new bathroom sink and faucet from Amazon and called De George to install it. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent installation. When they finished, everything was spotless.

I was initially very satisfied with my experience with Degeorge Plumbing. They were pretty responsive and I was able to get an appointment in about a week. Everything was great until I saw the bill (for approx 20 minutes worth of work). It came out to over 200 bucks! I was a bit shocked since the two plumbers who came over to fix my leaky faucet didn't mention it would be that expensive to replace a very small part. Pretty sure I was robbed! At least my faucet doesn't drip anymore.

I definitely will be looking for another plumber elsewhere... I have LOTS more work to be done for somebody out there with a better price...

Dennis has a great attitude and is so friendly and courteous. I called from out of town to arrange a fix for a leaking garbage disposal and he was able to schedule the time right away and do great work the first time. He really listens and he clearly believes in putting the customer first. I will continue to hire him for all of my plumbing needs and happily refer him to others as well.

We had an under slab leak. If you could only imagine the shock and fear that causes, but Dennis and his crew quickly made us feel relaxed. He was here quickly did what he said he was going to do, did it when he said he was, and did it for the price he said. They are really nice guys, in fact they had to do some work when we weren't home and there were no problems with that. I highly recommend DeGeorge plumbing.

I have an 1950's house, that had a backup and needed some repairs due to age of the pipes. I demoed the block wall of where the issue was occurring. I identified the issue as a backup and the repairs that were needed.

I called Degeorge plumbing, Dennis answered and said he would be over in about an hour to inspect and provide an estimate. He did arrive during the time he specified. He looked over and provided a quote for work that needed to be performed. His plan seemed through and provided a fair estimate. He requested I do a little further demo and that his repair guys would arrive in a couple of hours.

Greg and another repairman arrived a little before time specified. Took a couple of measurements and left to get parts. They came back about hour and half later and started the repair and the rooter. The repair was done properly and looks clean. The repair upgraded the old plumbing and added a clean out which I previously did not have. They unclogged the line.

There service was good and the final bill came in a little over the estimate. I would recommend.

Our garbage disposal stopped working, so we called Degeorge Plumbing & Heating. They were prompt, professional, and fairly priced. They got the job done, and never did I feel like I was being upsold or anything like that. I plan on using them again if I need them, and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of this type of service.
