Our story started when my father, William DeGasperi, left Plumbers Union Local 2 after 23 years to establish his own business, Bill’s Plumbing. During my high school years, I attended the Board of Cooperative Education for Plumbing from 1989 to 1991, where I earned 1st place in a statewide skills competition against over 30 other vocational schools. I worked alongside my dad whenever I could—after school, during breaks, and throughout the summer. I treasured those times and continue to have the same zeal for the business today as I did 30 years ago! In 1994, we updated our name to Wm. DeGasperi & Son Plumbing & Heating, Inc. since I was now fully involved in the business and helping to run operations. In 2014, my father stepped back from the business, but you might still see him on a job or assisting in the office! You might catch him occasionally on a job site or lending a hand in the office. We currently go by DeGasperi & Son Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
