When he was 43, Phil kicked off the business with a used Ford truck, some money, and a dream of entrepreneurship.

He founded the company with a commitment to provide honest work for a reasonable price and to always act with integrity, even at a personal cost.

This guiding principle has proven effective, enabling us to thrive despite significant global events such as 9-11, the housing market crash, the longest recession in recent memory, Covid-19, and more.
