Dee called me back when no one else did ! It was a Sunday and she was honest and told me it would be very expensive for us , but she talked my husband through it and gave us great suggestions ANd if it didn't work she'd schedule us first thing the next day!! I really appreciate her honesty and her willingness to help out.

First visit: FABULOUS!

We purchased our home about 7-8mos back. In that time, we had a spigot pipe ""pimple"" but not burst, thankfully. And I discovered a bathroom sink without shut off valves. So, I needed those two items rectified. Further, I'm pretty well versed in plumbing as I would have/should have been 4th generation plumber... but I digress. This plumbing, effing weird. Shut off valves like everywhere. I mean, TWO main lines. Who does that?! And the water softener only goes to the hot water, again... who does that?! I suppose previous owners didn't want soft water to utility supplies, such as spigots and the basement cement sink. Which I get, as that is expensive and a waste. Okay, I'm off topic. I needed someone to walk me through the guts of my house to ensure I wasn't going mad. Nope, it's the house. But, Joe took the time to walk all the plumbing with me and much like GI JOE always said... KNOWING IS HALF THE BATTLE. At least I know where to crank things should shhhh hit the fan. Ya just never know out here; I've learned--tornado anyone?

All in all for 2hrs of work and parts, about $330. ($165/hr plus cost of parts for anyone wondering.) They take card, but you'll be hit with that 4% charge. They also take cash and check, like it's 1980. Who didn't like the 80s?!

We have used Dee's For many projects small and BIG. They have replaced water heaters for us, re- plummed all our water lined from galvanized pipe to copper, Installed toilets, New outdoor spickets, faucets and even a whole new bathroom in out basement. She is a go getter, Hard working small business owner that puts her name on every job they do. HIGHLY recommend them! They do great work at a FAIR price, She will not price gouge you or charge more than what the job calls for. We are saving up now to switch to an on demand gas water heater.

Her, plumbers are on time, friendly and considerate, even remove there shoes as soon as he walked in the house or use the booties!

Dee & Her son Davey, and all the staff we have dealt with are always a pleasure to deal with and take the time to explain things so I understand them!

Very helpful and friendly on the phone when I called. Willing to accommodate my schedule to get someone out at a time when I wouldn't have to miss work. The plumber was on time, friendly and considerate, even removed his shoes as soon as he walked in the house. He quickly fixed my problem and was on his way. I would definitely recommend Dee's Plumbing.

Terrible business experience. For your own peace of mind i recommend using a different service. Horrible craftsmanship. Sagging windows installed. New exterior doors installed that dont close properly. Nailed new roof to old rotted facia. Charged for services that werent completed.

One of the guys started a fire using his torch and the open glue near by. It could of burned down our home. They also had to come back many times to stop leaks of things that they installed. I would not recommend.
