I have deep roots in plumbing, my father, his brother, and my great uncle are all retired plumbers. I started working alongside my dad when I was just five years old. In the summer of 1987, I started my training, and after three decades in the plumbing industry, I launched Deerman Plumbing Service in January 2017.

At 48, I have a wealth of experience. I have been happily married for 20 years, and we have three wonderful sons. Our oldest son is 21 and works as a master mechanic for a Chevrolet dealer. Our middle son, who is 18, is training to become a United States Marine. Our youngest son is 11. I was a member of the Alabama Army National Guard for close to seven years. We participate in Gardendale First Baptist Church, and I take part in a men's ministry there.
