Called these guys cold out of the phone book and got them out to fix two leaky bathroom faucets. I am appalled that they charged me $264 and didn't fix either of them! Out of 4 spigots they did get the cold downstairs to stop dripping but not the hot - must keep turned off underneath - and no change upstairs. I called the owner back the next day and argued with him but got no break. He even charged me for the travel time (It's close) saying he'd wave that if I had them back. No way! No storefront, works out of his home; the guy could do better by his customers. Negative number stars.

I had a problem with my sump pump and a friend gave me the number to this company. I gave them a call and let them know that I would need someone out that day as I was going out of town the rest of the week. With rain coming that night and next few days I was worried about flooding. They were able to get someone out a few hours later. They did good work and fixed my problem. I am very grateful that they were able to accommodate me on such short notice. Tech was very nice and knowledgeable.

Deerfield plumbing is very honest and reliable. I filled out an online request for a non-emergency on a Sunday, and received an email first thing Monday morning. Got an estimate and the job done by Monday early afternoon. What could have been a huge job ended up being a more simple fix than I initially thought which they were completely honest about. I would recommend them to anyone!

Found their number from a truck doing work nearby. Called late one night, they offered to have someone there early the next morning. Since they were doing work nearby they pulled a guy from that job since we just had a small job.

Great work, and very reasonable pricing.
