The voice answering computer circles around and around saying the same message over and over and no one answers the phone. There is no voice mail so you can't leave a message.
If you do get someone to answer finally after over 35 minutes of calling, the schedulers have no knowledge of the plumbing business. If you ask for a call back they don't ask anyone to call you back. They will tell you they're just a scheduler and you can wait until the service man comes to give you any information.
I canceled my appt so I have not used the services. I was able to get an appt the next day when I called so I gave the second star for that reason.

We are having new cabinets installed in our bathrooms and needed plumbing work . Dave and the trainee, sorry, I didn't catch his name, were Top notch!!
100% would recommend Deer Valley.
The are , I think, a bit higher than I'm use to, but their plumbers were very professional!! Thanks to Dave for the quick response with day two!

Wow - this was a new one. I called to get a quote for installing a gas line to the kitchen in a home that already has gas coming to it and they wanted $75 to come out and do a bid! Crazy!!!

Grossly overpriced for the work that needed to be done....did not hire them, paid the $75 service fee. Felt they didn't want to really do the job to start with, so just priced it so high they knew I wouldn't hire them or if I did they could make some serious coin. Will NEVER use this company in the future for anything...

After our home maintenance company, One Guard, denied coverage for our leaking hot water tank (suddenly we're responsible for the city's water pressure, although this is not an exclusion in the contract we have with them), we found Deer Valley Plumbing through the warranty company that we still had another year of coverage under for the tank. Deer Valley's entire team, from the first call to the office to the amazing plumbers that came to do the work, were professional, courteous, reliable, friendly and meticulous (they even wore covers on their shoes when walking inside our home). David called ahead to let us know he was coming, showed up on time and with another plumber, Lorenzo, did a terrific job on several items for us in addition to handling the warranty replacement of our hot water heater with the manufacturer (which they also submitted all the paperwork for, something most other plumbers would not do). Both were friendly, immediately introduced themselves and were very communicative while they were here. They installed a pressure reducing valve on our main water line, replaced a leaky hose bib and installed a new pull-down faucet in our laundry room. All of the pricing and details were provided prior to commencement of the work; David actually worked up several options for us and we were able to pick what we wanted to have done. He also evaluated additional items for us, answering all of our questions and reaching out to others at the company if he didn't have an immediate answer. All of the work was completed in one day, much to our relief and satisfaction. We plan to continue to use them moving forward.

It's just bait and switch with these thieves. Terrible service and even worse customer care. The other companies worked with me and treated me fairly and compassionately. This place is all about making you feel awful and talking down to you and if you ask for some sense of kindness or peace of mind from them it's time for them to harass you. You can't treat people this way.

I was a previous happy customer, but that had changed. This company will bombard you with emails about reviews and contests to win useless crap. I am currently in need of having my water heater replaced as it is leaking water all over my garage floor. Called and talked to a very nice lady who told me the dispatcher would be calling me shortly. It has been over 4 hours and still no call. I called back and spoke to another very nice lady who informed me that the dispatchers are not going to return until Monday. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME! I will not be using Deer Valley Plumbing ever again.

We are very very pleased with Deer Valley Plumbing! We recently had a break in our main water line, which was made from pipping that is not longer legal to use with homes. We had received a quote from a different plumbing company and decided to get a second opinion from Deer Valley Plumbing. They came within the hour of being called and gave us a quote we were astonished with, especially after hearing the one from the other big company plumber. Don was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he provide amazing work, he was also very kind, gave great advice for the future, and was pleasant to speak to. I know we will use them for any future needs and will being recommending them to any friends and family in the valley on the search for pluming help!
