I was very pleased with the work done on a hot water heater expansion tank. The job was done neatly and thoroughly. . .many other companies said they had no idea how to handle the task. I will use them again.

I am very disappointed with the unethical way that Max did business with me. We had an $8,000 job performed back in January 2017, where the pipes under the house were going to be replaced. They only replaced one half of the plumbing, when another company said the entire house needed to be replaced. In June 2017, water was backing up in the house. They came out to fix the problem. A few days ago, I called because the house was backing up with water again, the same way as prior to the work in January 2017. I spoke to Max about a warranty. He said he would send someone out to look at the house. His worker, who lives in El Mirage, stated he had no work to do, and came right over to my Sun City home. He did not call me to let me know what was wrong or to discuss a price. He only had my tenant sign twice on a form stating that he had done the work. It turns out that she unknowingly signed something accepting responsibility to pay the $213.90 or after 30 days she would be charged 1.5% per month for the unpaid balance. When I spoke to Max, he said he did not charge me the after hours rate (which I never said I needed work done immediately), but ironically, his worker had nothing to do. I think it is unprofessional to send a bill and then blame the tenant for oil in the drains, when she tells me she puts all cooking oil in a coffee can. The drain backed up in six months and then a years later. Maybe if the entire house was repaired then I would not be having this problem. I would like to have the owner call me. Beware of sneaky practices.

This company was close to my home, used them three times in three months. Unfortunately, I will not do business with this company again and suggest any other company for plumbing needs. After having them install new trim in bathrooms the spout started to leak within days of the service call. There was no leak prior to them touching the equipment. When I called to make them aware of the leak, it took three days to get someone out. Furthermore, the invoice for the original call stated, ""tested for proper function and tested for leaks."" However, they charged me another $177 on top of the $161 I already paid. DO NOT GIVE this company your business!

J.C. came out to our house to fix a variety of issues. First of all, he was on time (actually a few minutes early). We had a leaking pressure valve to our swimming pool that my handyman and I thought would need to be replaced. Instead, J.C. opened it up, found a minor issue, and fixed it. While working on tasks, he gave me advice on how I can fix some future issues on my own. He finished all tasks in less than an hour and the final bill was very reasonable, much less than I expected. I have been using Deer Valley Plumbing Contractors for several years now and have always been very pleased with their service and pricing.

Excellent service! I got quotes from three companies. One company wouldn't even give a free estimate. The most reasonable quote was from Deer Valley Plumbing. Max asked if I could send him a picture of the repair needed and he was able to determine a good estimate from that. From the receptionist, Brittany, to the job scheduler, Max, to Jerry, the repairman, they gave prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly service. Within an hour of my call, we had a serviceman here, and it wasn't even an emergency. Jerry got here right when he said, and he gave excellent workmanship, was helpful, friendly, and took time to explain what was needed. It turned out we also needed a new shut-off valve in addition to a new water pressure regulator. Jerry asked me to come out and see what wasn't working since it was an extra repair. I asked how much more it would cost, crossing my fingers that it wouldn't be expensive. Even with the extra repair, it was a still a very reasonable cost. Our experience with Deer Valley Plumbing was all positive. I will call them first and know I can trust them to work in my best interest. It is such a wonderful thing to find a company like this.

This company was great! They had someone at my house within in a few hours - even though it wasn't an emergency. Our plumber was Bill, and he was fantastic! He was able to complete my laundry list of repairs and double-checked work we had done by a remodeling contractor, all within the one-hour minimum. He even checked some items I didn't remember to ask about! He explained everything he did in a way that was informative, professional and friendly. I would definitely use this company again, and be happy to have Bill complete any plumbing work!

First time in 18 years, I call to get work done and they tell me they will be here by noon! Excellent service. Great price. Highly recommend!

First off, let me begin by saying that my house was built in 1974. This is an important fact, especially when it comes to the plumbing.

Over the years, we've had tons of plumbers out to look at the stems in our shower and tub. They always say the same thing... ""Wow. That's really old. Those parts may be hard to come by.""

This latest ""flow"" started out as a drip and progressed very rapidly. I finally knew I had to call a plumber, but the company that came out the last time something like this happened was out of business. I found two reputable plumbers in my area using Yelp and another website: Copper Line Plumbing and Deer Valley.

I called Copper Line first. My information was taken down by gentlemen who told me that he would ""forward it to the office"" (I must've dialed the emergency line?) and that ""someone would get back to me"". Since it was almost 10am, I figured someone would call back soon. After waiting 30 minutes for a call back (more on that later), I decided to try Deer Valley.

What a difference! I was immediately transferred back to the service department and scheduled for same day service with Eric. The follow up from Deer Valley and Eric was terrific! I knew exactly when he was going to show up and he showed up on time.

I explained the age of the house and what I thought the problem was. Eric had had plenty of experience fixing problems with older plumbing. He was great! He knew right where to go to get the parts and got the job done.

We've got other plumbing issues coming up, and I'll be calling Eric and Deer Valley!

BTW = no knock on Copper Line (their reviews seem good), but they finally called me back and left a voicemail four hours after I had called them. The gentleman who called told me that he could fit me two days later. He told me to respond by phone or text. I texted, and told him that we were going with another plumber. I think I made the right decision.
