I found this business through a referral, and I was quite impressed with them...at first. I'm usually skeptical of repairmen...I subconsciously put them in the same ""trust"" category as used car salesmen or car mechanics. (Sorry if I offended any truly honest used car salesmen or car mechanics out there!)

Anyway, he was responsive, answered all my questions and was very thorough about the work. I was already anxious and ready to give them a 5 star review on yelp....then he never called me back.

He was suppose to follow up with me with regards to the water circulation that he couldn't finish and it's been 2 weeks now. I guess I could call him back, but I'm disappointed. Really disappointed that there was no follow-up call to finish his work. I haven't paid him fully either, so I don't feel completed cheated. I really thought that they would change my perception of repairmen, but he just put them right back there.
