I've never used their plumbing service but I went to my uncle's 5 acre vacant property because that's where I grew up and it's been my family's land for a very long time. When I get there I see someone is living there and when I inquired about him being there I was given a business card of whom he was renting from ""Deed's Rooter Service"". My family never sold that property so for him to rent it out is confusing.

Hired Deed's to repair a leaking kitchen sink drain. They charged $800 which is pretty standard for a ripoff plumber. A month later another contractor working on the subfloor sent me the attached picture showing that the repair was not complete. The kitchen sink drain pipe still leaks.

We called Deed's to ask them to complete the job as requested and they first denied the issue, then said it would cost another $4,000 in materials alone to fix a simple drain pipe. Its literally $50 in parts, tops.

Totally unprofessional company. Go elsewhere.

Easy going guys with a pleasant attitude! They were the only ones who answered the phone on an early Saturday morning (talking 7am early) and came out within an hour. They problem solved quickly and fixed the issue in no time at all! Just a couple decent guys providing fairly priced services. I will use their services again when needed.

I had one plumber come out and quote me an insane price to pull the toilet and snake the drain. I called Deeds on a Saturday and they showed up and snaked the drain from a cleanout for a quarter of the price. The gentleman was friendly, honest, and quick. I'm not using any other plumber as long as Deeds is in business.

Super awesome service on a sunday night!!!! I was billed as quoted, very reasonable rates. Family owned business that cares about their customers!!!! If I ever need a plumber again I will call Deed's without a second guess!!

I called six other plumbers before Deed's. They either 1) didn't do the work I needed, 2) couldn't get here for two weeks, or 3) didn't know what I was talking about. Then I called Deed's. I was worried about negative reviews, but I was more tired of cleaning the water that kept covering my laundry room floor, and having hot water pour out my tub faucet.
Jarred was here 45 minutes after I called. He was able to quickly identify the problems and repair them! He was polite, professional, and pretty darn quick with the work too! His pricing (in my opinion) was more than fair. If (really, when) we have plumbing problems again, Deed's/Jerrod will be my first call.
P.S he was cool with my mosey obnoxious Golden Retriever!

Knocked on my apartment door at 9:30 at night like he was the police. Then insisted on using my balcony to go on the roof when there was a side ladder attached to the side of the building. They let their dog run loose while it peed on all the trees. I asked them to get their dog because he did not look nice and he proceeded to knock on the neighbors door while still allowing his dog to stand in the doorway. Very unprofessional. Btw they never announced the name of their company or their own personal name for that matter.
