BEWARE !! Used DEE MARIA PLUMBING for a Toilet repair. Plumber came and quoted me a price.. Which I agreed to. The plumber that was sent was pleasant and told me he was new to the Company. After making repairs....he came back and handed me a bill that was 25% higher then verbally quoted. When I called the office the next day - I spoke with """"BUD"""" - who I believe is the owner and was told that I should have received a written estimate before the work commenced. He was going to speak with the plumber and find out why I was not given a written estimate. He also told me he would call me back after speaking with his employee. It has been over (2) weeks....NEVER had the courtesy to call me back !!!! I used this company because they advertised in our Community Newspaper (Aberdeen Times) NEVER AGAIN !!! Rude and aggressive. I called Dee Marie to fix 1 toilet in my master bath. After paying $167.01, it still had a sound of running water so I called them to come back. They fixed it on the 2nd trip and tried to bill me an additional $180+. That is over $350 for a toilet repair. A new toilet can cost under $100 and doesn't come with the hostile """"customer service"""" I received. Prior to 2019, I liked doing business with them, but not any more. Carey was very childish and argumentative. She argued that I was wrong and that the toilet was fixed after the first viait even though I am at my home every day and she has never been there once! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

$345 for having a technician tell me what was wrong with my water heater, my wife only sign a quote for $199 for troubleshooting, but somehow that number changed to $345 and no water heater fix, I spoke with the lady that answer the phone ( I apologized to her bc I know I was a little upset) but she could only tell me that I had to speak with the technician, thats wrong bc my verbal contract was with her not the tech, and also bc my wife only signed the $199 quote she got from the tech. Summarizing water heater was not fixed. I am not doing business with that company never again, and I would recommend you to dont do it either, I felt like I got scam Tech left home in a bad mood upsetting my wife, unacceptable.

I just had to leave a review regarding the great service I received from Dee Maria Plumbing from the time I called there service department till they sent out Joril there very experienced main drain cleaning tech. We had some problems with the master bath toilet not really flushing properly and I knew it wasn't the actual toilet but it was not flushing out of the house and after using a plunger and a snake on my own I realize that the sewage was coming up in my shower and at that point I knew I had a major problem. I called a plumber that lived in my neighborhood but unfortunately his secretary said that they were not able to get out there for another two days and I knew that was not going to work so I reached out to Dee Maria plumbing and they were able to get their drain cleaning professional to my house and the man worked diligently on my plumbing pipe while cleaning out the main drain with his power snake machine. After he felt the drain was in working order he then attempted to continue to flush water down several drains in my house until he was 100% sure that my drain under my home was definitely fixed. I was quoted a show up charge and a diagnostic fee to evaluate the drain and I agreed with open arms. After he attempted to work on the drain he then advise me of what the total cost would be which was definitely more than fair especially since they were able to get out the same day I called. I was very pleased with the service and the price I was charged and the fact that I have not had another problem with that drain since they cleaned it with their equipment. I would definitely use their services again because they are a real professional company that cares. BIll L Greenacres FL

Dee Maria does not stand-by their work. After less than one-year of use they wanted a minimum service charge to come look at the shower mixing valve they installed. This after a four-year business relationship!

Wow. Talk about excellent service. One call and BAM terrific plumber showed up, gave an estimate and returned 20 minutes later with all the parts and solved our hot water taking so ling to arrive at sinks! The service was exemplary!! Thank you!!

Warning! Use at your own risk. We use this company to rebuild our toilet. A few months later, the toilet started running water continuously. We called a technician to come in, and he stated that the chain was too short when they built it initially, it was replaced. I called the office to ask them why are we being charged for a service when the original installation was not done correctly; the rude woman on the phone said it was not our fault and I should have called in June. The problem was caused because the chain was too short. Never again will I use them; customer service is a very poor, very rude woman. I guess she really needs to eat lol

Best plumber in town. Been using for almost 10 years. It is the sudden service company, trustworthy, clean, professional, responsive, fair and friendly. Frankly, don't mind even paying a premium for sudden service that I can count on. Highly recommend to anyone.
