Eddie was amazing!! I will definitely use him again. I had a gas leak in my hot water heater and needed to replace the control panel. We called Eddie and he gave us a quote over the phone the same day to replace the whole tank due to how old the current tank was. He offered a great discount for law enforcement which we appreciated. He scheduled to come back out the next morning to determine the parts he needed and scheduled to return the following Monday to work around our schedules. He was very professional, punctual, and honest. He gave us a time frame that he needed to complete the job. He had it done early and great quality work. He was so nice to talk to and extremely respectful.

I was having a plumbing issue. My bf was taking a shower this morning and now the shower head and wall behind is vibrating and making a loud noise. I turned off the water supply to the home and drained the down stairs sink thinking it was water pressure but the noise and vibration is still occurring. IN A PANIC, I found dedicated plumbers. They were the quickest response and this was at 430AM! The plumber texted me and walked me through trying to diagnose the issue.... turns out my bf left his vibrating toothbrush on! (May he rest in peace cuz he will never hear the end of this) So even though dedicated plumbing and drain didnt come to the house they helped a lot just by being available and Walking me through different steps to assess and diagnose. I cant speak to pricing since I didnt have any physical service but their customer service is the best! It's already 6AM and still havent heard from anyone else (problem started around 430am). Dedicated plumbing and drain is not only DEDICATED but RELIABLE and HELPFUL! THANK YOU

Super service and experience from start to finish. My aging clay sewer main was repeatedly clogged by tree roots and starting to disintegrate. Rather than trenching and replacing the 100' problem section, I wanted a trenchless repair in which an epoxy-infused felt sleeve is inserted into the existing line (this type of repair requires the pipe to be in sufficiently good shape to contain and ""form"" the sleeve; it can't be done on a pipe that has collapsed). This is a fairly sophisticated technology and requires expertise and experience to use successful

Eddie promptly replied to my request for an estimate, came over to assess the job the next day, and gave me a clear and detailed explanation of my options and the trenchless repair technique. His quoted price beat the several other plumbers who bid by a substantial margin, and his ability to explain the pros and cons of different repair options was also superior. He's also a tremendously nice and friendly guy, as are those he works with, which is a big plus.

The work was completed within three days and our plumbing was only interrupted for a few hours while the epoxy sleeve cured and hardened. The repair worked beautifully and I couldn't be happier with the process and the result.
