Super service and experience from start to finish. My aging clay sewer main was repeatedly clogged by tree roots and starting to disintegrate. Rather than trenching and replacing the 100' problem section, I wanted a trenchless repair in which an epoxy-infused felt sleeve is inserted into the existing line (this type of repair requires the pipe to be in sufficiently good shape to contain and ""form"" the sleeve; it can't be done on a pipe that has collapsed). This is a fairly sophisticated technology and requires expertise and experience to use successful

Eddie promptly replied to my request for an estimate, came over to assess the job the next day, and gave me a clear and detailed explanation of my options and the trenchless repair technique. His quoted price beat the several other plumbers who bid by a substantial margin, and his ability to explain the pros and cons of different repair options was also superior. He's also a tremendously nice and friendly guy, as are those he works with, which is a big plus.

The work was completed within three days and our plumbing was only interrupted for a few hours while the epoxy sleeve cured and hardened. The repair worked beautifully and I couldn't be happier with the process and the result.

I sent a request for quote to fix my garbage disposal at 5:48 am on a Saturday and Eddie responded by 5:55 am with not one, but two quotes: one for unjamming and another for replacement. By 11:10 the same day (Saturday!) he'd fixed the jammed disposal, checked for leaks and taught me how to unjam it myself for next time. Eddie was friendly, professional and brought down the price since it didn't take much time. I think about how easy it might have been to up-sell me on a new garbage disposal or inflate the quote, but what I got instead was honestly, thoroughness and professionalism. Thanks to Eddie, I'm no longer having to stick my hand down the sink on a regular basis.

Eddie makes sure that he leaves the area clean when leaving. He sends images and video for updates which is very helpful as we cover 19 acres of property and cannot be with him throughout any repair. Dedicated is an understatement. On Super Bowl Sunday my water heater decided to take a dump. I felt overwhelmed and wasn't sure who I should call but remembered a friend made a recommendation for a plumber named Eddie Maldonado. I knew I needed a good plumber who I could trust. So I crossed my fingers that he would be willing to help me out on not only a Sunday but a rainy ""Super Bowl Sunday"". Thankfully he answered and was at my house within 30 minutes. I called Dedicated Plumbing after a budget plumber failed me. The budget plumber I had initially hired left the job unfinished and leaking. I spoke to Eddie for about 5 mins about the issue and in less than an hour he gave me a call back with an quick eta to show up at my home. Eddie is a straight forward, helpful, and and all around friendly guy. He works with you on explaining the issue and how to resolve it.
