I am thrilled with the results of my two bathroom remodels. Phillip completely upgraded the tub/shower area in the front bath and the shower area in the master. His quote was competitive to others I received.
He took both areas down to the studs and rebuilt from there. New tub, fixtures and tile in the front bath and complete update in the master. The two gentlemen he uses to do the tile work are so professional as well. The quality of their work is exceptional. They all worked within my schedule and completed the job as expected.
The integrity and honesty Deco Construction works with makes doing business with Phillip easy. I am so glad I chose his company to do my remodels and recommend him to anyone needing remodel work.

Phillip Barkowsky, owner of DECO Construction has completed 3 of our project needs in the past 2 years which included: 2 bathrooms and now this beautiful kitchen remodel. 2 pics of the old kitchen and what our awesome kitchen looks now. Relocated frig gave area a roomer look and feel, also change cabinets sizes to make more counter space and more drawers for storage. Cannot say enough about this company and the owner Phil. We were referred to him by An awesome realtor Dave Brown with Lyon, and we were under the gun with inspections and deadlines. Even though it was not Philip's problem he came to the rescue.

He showed up the day we called and was back immediately the following morning to get to work. When he was done with his work he came back on his own to do more he felt should be done. When the inspection was done and he had to come back to do other things he was there again within 15 minutes! Unheard of. He finished again very quickly and was on his way. When we asked how much more we needed to pay him, he told us not to worry about it.

He also came in way under our first bid and he did an incredible job. Quick, thorough and incredibly professional and nice. I would recommend this man and company to everyone and anyone. I am still in shock how we got everything done in time and it would not have happened without him. Thankfully, a good recommendation worked for us and will for you should you decide to use his amazing talents!

Deco Construction in Folsom, CA I would use Phillip again in a heartbeat. He shows up on time, provides a quote same day and the turnaround time on starting a job is fast. He does quality work, he did some repair work on a defective dry rotted gate. He saved me money on advising what would be the best way to repair the gate. He left the work area clean and did a nice job on the gate!!! No wonder he keeps getting 5 Star reviews.
