Phil at Deco is so easy to work with, he remodeled two of our bathrooms and our kitchen. His quotes were fair and nothing additional was needed. The quality was amazing. Very professional and always on time. He listened to what we wanted and turned out beautiful!

Cannot say enough about this company and the owner Phil. We were referred to him by An awesome realtor Dave Brown with Lyon, and we were under the gun with inspections and deadlines. Even though it was not Philip's problem he came to the rescue.

He showed up the day we called and was back immediately the following morning to get to work. When he was done with his work he came back on his own to do more he felt should be done. When the inspection was done and he had to come back to do other things he was there again within 15 minutes! Unheard of. He finished again very quickly and was on his way. When we asked how much more we needed to pay him, he told us not to worry about it.

He also came in way under our first bid and he did an incredible job. Quick, thorough and incredibly professional and nice. I would recommend this man and company to everyone and anyone. I am still in shock how we got everything done in time and it would not have happened without him. Thankfully, a good recommendation worked for us and will for you should you decide to use his amazing talents!

Deco Construction in Folsom, CA I would use Phillip again in a heartbeat. He shows up on time, provides a quote same day and the turnaround time on starting a job is fast. He does quality work, he did some repair work on a defective dry rotted gate. He saved me money on advising what would be the best way to repair the gate. He left the work area clean and did a nice job on the gate!!! No wonder he keeps getting 5 Star reviews.

Phil came back to rebuild our deck after my original review and again knocked it out of the park. Most recently, he repaired my kitchen after a mold remediation company had to tear out some of my beautiful cabinets to clean out the infected area. Now it truly looks as if it never happened. Phillip did a great job remodeling our two bathrooms - I would definitely use him again for other home projects. He responded quickly to my initial inquiry, did a professional quote, gave me a clear idea of when he could start and then kept in touch up until that time. Once we started on the project, he was very helpful on where to go to pick out materials, etc. and kept the work going at a steady pace and finished just when he said he would.

Phillip does meticulous work - he not only did the work at hand but also made recommendations on fixing things that others might have glossed over (fixing seal on existing toilet; replacing an old outlet, etc.).

He and the tiler he works with (Fillip) did such high quality work and they were a pleasure to work with - they always cleaned up thoroughly each day. And the end results were beautiful - I will post before and after pictures but I have to say that the bathrooms look even better in person.

He was there within 15 minutes when I called him about replacing my kitchen dome light due to me changing my mind on the choice I made. He always answers his phone and is there when needed.
