Tony helped me so much over this last weekend! I was feeling nervous about my water heater getting repaired. I had no idea what was wrong or what to expect when it came to the bill. He calmed my nerves and reassured me the repair would be hassle free and inexpensive. It was a great first time plumbing experience and I would recommend anyone over to them!

Their staff is courteous and warm. They were friendly over the phone and could even hear the frustration in my voice and didn't mind. I was just a little frustrated that I was't able to repair my water heater myself and eventually my girlfriend convinced me to call a professional and quickly realized I wished I had done so from the beginning. After I made an appointment their technician, Tony, was on time. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect when it came to water heaters.

I am so happy with Joe! He repaired my water heater last week. He was honest and upfront with me the entire time. I was hesitant on calling a plumber I didn't know but when I had asked a few people finally someone said that Joe from Decker Water Heater Repair would take care of me. I was so glad I found this recommendation because not only did he a do a great job but I was worried about being taken advantage of since I don't know anything about water heaters. But Joe made sure I knew everything he was doing, he made sure I was okay with the price, and he also said that if anything were to go wrong after our appointment he would come back and make things right. Fantastic service!
I'd been having an ongoing issue with my water heater not working properly.
I called and left a message, and I received a call back within a minute, literally! They assigned a technician, Tony. He called me promptly, and scheduled me for a next-day appointment. He also gave me his cell number, so I could get in touch with him if something came up. I really appreciated the great communication.
Tony was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. He repaired my water heater and cleaned up before leaving. He checked three times to make sure it was working before he left.

I chose this place based on their great reviews, and it's clear to me that I made the right choice. I will mention that their prices are a little higher than others. But when it comes to plumbing I wanted to have very professional and knowledgeable people doing the work so that I would have peace of mind. In the past, I've chosen other places based on deals and discounts, and it's always backfired on me and ended up costing more in the long run. It's better to just do it right the first time!

I loved Decker Water Heater Repair! I was so unsure of who to call or what to do when my hot water stopped working. Thankfully I had a relative who just had trouble with their water heater in the recent past so decided to call them up; they recommended these guys. When I gave them a call, they were very helpful and informative. They gave me a price for the repair, a time they could come out and their plumbers number. I am so happy with Decker Water Heater Repair. They are AWESOME. It was in the late afternoon and they were on their last job for the day but when I told them I really needed to get my hot water back on they had no hesitation when it came to helping me out. They were at my house about an hour after calling them...maybe even sooner! Not only were they fast but their plumber was extremely friendly. I would use them if they work in your area. They make it a point to make their customers happy and get your water heater fixed quick.

I called them early Monday morning to get an appointment. About half an hour later one of the technicians, Joe, called me back. He let me know an up front price and he was willing to come fix my water heater later that afternoon. I was impressed with how fast he called back and how fast he was willing to come out. He fixed my pilot light for me and my water heaters been working great ever since. Happy I didn't have to replace it quite yet. They care about good customer service and doing things fast.
