The staff made sure to get us in the next day. It was really easy to schedule an appointment and it was even easier to get a quote after sending in some photos. Our garbage disposal works great now. Highly recommend these plumbers.

Wow! These guys are incredibly fast at what they do! Usually the process of fixing one's home is exhausting and overwhelming, however with the kind staff and GREAT customer service I was able to get an appointment same day to fix my water heater. Chris came out and helped fix the control valve on the water heater after he presented me with multiple options of how to continue. He helped me weigh out the pros and cons of just buying a new one versus just fixing the part. I did not feel taken advantage of at all (as I usually do when it comes to home/auto repairs). Between the customer service, the promptness, and the price-- you can say that I am satisfied. Definitely would go back to these guys for all of my future household problems!

After looking through all the plumbing pages and Yelp reviews, I felt a little overwhelmed. There were so many options and I wasn't sure who I wanted to do the work on my house. I needed my sewer line repaired-- which is not cheap, by the way. I wanted to make the right decision when it came to this kind of investment. Finally as I went through the list and called Decker Plumbing, they were the most helpful, informative, and experienced. They got to my house 10 minutes early too. My only complaint is not finding them sooner. I have to say they did a great job! I would definitely use them again for plumbing in the future.

Thanks to Jeff I didn't have to go without hot water for more than a day. This last Saturday my water was not getting very hot and no matter the weather, I need my hot water. I was wondering what I was going to do as I have always had trouble getting repairs taken care of on the weekend. I noticed there was a small leak underneath my water heater when I finally looked. I was hoping to get it repaired but after doing my own personal research I realized I needed an entirely new one. 

After a few calls I found Decker Plumbing. I got a real person on the phone who was not only pleasant but stayed in communication with me. They got me scheduled with Jeff, who was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that he would do the job efficiently and correctly. I also loved the great warranty program they offered through Bradford White. I can honestly say that Jeff was amazing! Take my word for it, if you need a new water heater he's the one to call.

These dudes are Auhhhhhmazing. They helped get my garbage disposal working. It hadn't been working for while, and I knew my appointment was long overdue. Jeff was able to repair it and get it working like it was brand spanking new! The only thing I wish I had done different was call them sooner. Thank you guys so much!

Decker Plumbing services was wonderful! The customer service their staff provided was superb & made it a priority to address my issues in record time! I noticed that my garbage disposal was not properly disposing food & was making a very unusual noise. It stopped working, which made me very uneasy on the thought of what it would cost to get it repaired. I can't believe how fast their staff was able to fit me in, the same day I called! The pricing was very reasonable & their plumber was able fix my garbage disposal pretty fast!
He was VERY knowledgeable and kind! Would highly recommend Decker Plumbing for any plumbing needs, their services exceeded all my expectations! My garbage disposal works better than it did before & I'm so glad I called the professionals to take care of it!

I can't express this enough when I say I felt compelled to write a review for Decker Plumbing, especially regarding Jeff. He is so easy to work with and communicated with us the entire time. He made the dreaded process of getting a new water heater a piece of cake!

Before getting the water heater installed, he meticulously took down ALL of our information so we could get the perfect water heater that would fit EXACTLY in the small space we needed.

The install went so smoothly. It is literally the PERFECT fit and it was amazing to see that he was able to get the water heater placed so easily, without any issues.

Jeff made SURE we were happy, that our hot water was working correctly, and that everything was back to normal. He was never rushed and really took the time to make sure everything was done the right way.

Whatever Decker Plumbing has been doing they need to keep doing because they did a PHENOMENAL job and we are more than happy with their service! Thank you Decker Plumbing and mostly Jeff!

I am so happy with the job that Mac from Decker Plumbing did in my kitchen! He showed up on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I'll admit, I know very little about plumbing and I've had some plumbers with other companies who were rude and short, but Mac was great about explaining what was going on to me and making sure I made an informed decision.

Great work done by Mac. He repaired a really bad gas leak for me. He was very respectful of my time. He made me feel safe and comfortable knowing the gas leak was taken care of properly

So thankful for the same day appointment Decker Plumbing was able to give me. Most of the companies I called weren't able to come to my house to look at my water heater until the next day or even longer. They quickly repaired my water heater without any problems. They also told me about the warranty process to try and save me some money but I didn't want to wait for the parts to arrive. I was willing to pay whatever the cost to have my water heater fixed that day but what they charged me was fair. Would definitely use them again!
