Terrible. In support of buying locally, I bought a GE dishwasher from them three weeks ago. It's still dead in my kitchen and the first service call they will make is not for 4 more weeks! Never again, Decker and Beebe.

I purchased a stove as a surprise for my son and Daughter-in Law.
Best thing I ever did was to buy from Decker & Beebe. Not only was the stove they recommended fantastic BUT the way they understood I wanted it delivered and installed without the kids knowing about it.
My relative who was at the house when Decker& Beebe delivered and installed was amazed with the professional handling of the entire procedure.

6 weeks ago my 95 year old mother's dish washer stopped working. This dishwasher was purchased from Decker and Bebee. We have used them for plumbing and other purchases. Called D&B spoke to ""Sue"" she said it would be 2 weeks before anyone come come because of all the ""New Yorkers"" who are here now in NW Connecticut due to Covid. So Mom waited, doing dishes by hand. Finally, 2 weeks later, a tech came as arranged, he checked the Dish Washer and stated it need a new ""board"" and would have to order it. I was there at the time and expected something like this. A few days later Mom called DB to speak with ""Sue"" to verify part had been ordered. ""Sue"" couldn't come to the phone, Mom left a message for her to please call back. Mom tried again the next day, same result. Waited 2 days tried to contact ""Sue,"" ""Sue is unavailable"" Mom was told. Remember, this is a 95 year old woman who lives alone. It's been 6 weeks since initial call to D&B and guess what? Decker & Bebee has not returned to repair dishwasher and no word from ""Sue."" If you're not buying a new Very Expensive appliance, forget Decker and Bebee.

Really great service, as all others have said. We had a dishwasher installed by them today, and the tech was absolutely great and thorough (he had to work through some complicated wiring issues), and a super nice guy as well. I really can't say enough positive things about my several experiences with Decker & Beebe.

Plus, their name feels like a cop-buddy action comedy from like 1989--although I guess that would probably be ""Decker & The Beeb"". Anyway, I recommend them very, very highly.

We are so grateful to Decker & Beebe for providing several air conditioners at low cost to Fishes & Loaves Food Pantry. Our volunteers work very hard to help members of our community in need and during the early part of the summer did so in very warm temperatures. Decker&Beebe are very responsive. I was not a customer, but called them because I had heard about their excellent service. I had a long time problem with my less than 1-1/2 year old GE range (GE customer relations was completely un helpful) and with my GE dishwasher. Sue was incredible at fitting me into their schedule and sent out Sean. He is a total pro. Assessed the problems with both appliances, explained them to me carefully and told me he would be out to fix them as soon as the parts could be ordered. Back to Sue, who did her ordering part quickly. Sean will return next week. Decker&Beebe now have a customer who will return to them, not only for service, but to order any new appliances. Great company!

These people are amazing - we have bought numerous large appliances from them. But more importantly they have come to service appliances - their staff (Sue) who arranges the visits is wonderful - the engineers really know there stuff - turn up on time - follow up appropriately - fix the issue - and give you what I think are very reasonable bills. If you live in Berkshire County it is your only option for high end appliances. We had terrible experiences with Henry's in Lee and I would avoid like the plague,
