I am happy to write this review of Decino Plumbing. They were contracted for a large kitchen job that I was having done, and had to come to provide service on three separate occasions. All three times they were extremely professional, provided great service, and were friendly and patient. Each time that I had a question about the services, Pete texted or called me back immediately, even during the evening hours, and was at my place within 12 hours. As a single mom, first time homeowner, you worry about getting ripped off or being given the runaround and I am glad that I have a forever plumbing service to that I can rely on. Thanks again to Pete and the Decino team!

The handle on our primary shower seized out of the blue. I left messages for numerous plumbers recommended on our neighborhood's Facebook page and Pete Decino was the first one to respond. Pete arranged for service, followed-up day of, and showed up on time. He quickly assessed the issue and was able to fix it in no time. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful in answering all of my questions including plumbing questions unrelated to the broken shower handle. Pete also promptly followed up with a contact to source fixtures when I'm ready to upgrade. I greatly appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on anything. I highly recommend Decino Plumbing and wish I'd found them sooner!

Today came home from work and smelled gas. Called cartersville city utilities and reported the smell of gas. They came out and checked for a leak. Found one and shut the gas off. Said i had 3 days to get it fixed. I said 3 days!!! I need this fixed now!!! My Landlord called Decino plumbing and they was there within a couple of hours. Got the problem fixed and all is well in Our Home tonight! Thanks Pete Decino! Great time and Great job!

I needed emergency service for a busted pipe after normal business hours. Pete Decino immediately answered my call and 2 plumbers were at my house within 30 minutes. They immediately shut off the water, cut out a section of copper supply pipe in the crawl space and were done in minutes. Even more surprising was the very reasonable amount charged. Pete Decino and his crew are top notch, not only as plumbers but as hard working, polite, thoughtful, and considerate men. I have had multiple projects (unfortunately) in the last two months and they have quickly responded and saved me on every occasion. My entire plumbing system needed to be rerouted due to a leak in my slab, and they handled the job perfectly. From repairing my leaking outdoor faucet to digging up my yard to fix a leak at the meter, everything Pete has done has been done with the utmost professionalism. And he's just a really nice guy, too.
